I'm not sure if the girl got mad cause I couldn't understand her over the intercom but this was a waste on $14. Well the peach lemonade was good but my fries was cold and soggy. The cheesesteak was HORRIBLE. Cold, soggy, thrown together, and not fresh. I really think she did it on purpose. This is going to the trash. And NEVER AGAIN. FIRST and LAST time.

This should be illegal.. where is my meat ? The bag was so light I thought they had to have forgotten something. The meat ! They forgot the meat lol I called the store and no manager will be available until tomorrow ? Anyway if you’re looking for a cheesesteak you won’t get the steak from Charlie’s. The bread was toasted nicely though.

Bread was cold meat tasted like it wasn’t seasoned right or cooked well and they put lettuce and tomatoe without asking yuck. Even with the lettuce and stuff the bread wasn’t even toasted had to cook it more. Definitely cannot compare to the spring stuebner location which is excellent. They need to be retrained over here.

First the meat was dry and overcooked, didn't receive the toppings I asked for didn't receive my fries and when I went back to get them, they were half done because they were in a rush to get me out all the while two other customers orders were wrong or missing items. The cashier was rude and had a major attitude problem with one of the customers. I spent over $50 for a large cheese steak,a regular chicken steak,2 orders of Cajun fries ,10 wings with the worst sauces,and 2 sodas. The best part of the meal was the sodas!!!! The restaurant could've been a lot cleaner as well. NEVER AGAIN!!

I am a regular customer of Charlys, I cannot stop eating in this store, everything is very delicious and addictive. Thank you for that lemonade with strawberry pieces, I never even tried it in my country. Thank you for that Old School Sandwich that reminds me of my visits to Uruguay and Argentina, excellent quality of meat. Thank you for that Shake that nourishes my Soul with its intense and tasty Vanilla. I always order these 3 things and when I leave this menu I go for the lemon pepper wings and the parmesan wings. Grace Charlies. What a pleasure to visit your facilities and the warm attention we received from this place. Not all of us are with family in the USA, many of us go around the world alone and I can call this store Home. O Familia every time I visit that place. I hope to return soon.
