Incredible is the word and Charley's is the meaning. Service, efficiency and charisma are some of the adjectives that characterize this institution. Whether it's a cone or an Old School, I can't wait to go again to taste the delicacies served there. 5 stars absolutely in everything. Keep it up!!!
