Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

Don't recommend this place, I went on a Saturday night 9pm, the place was empty, we placed the order, the girl was mumbling the questions, we couldn't understand her in English nor Spanish because she was mumbling, speaking too low and too fast. She asked if it was to go and said NO, once she came to give us the food, everything was in boxes in a bag, I told her we were going to eat there, she said that were closing soon, I asked what time do you close, she said as soon as you leave, I asked again what time do you officially close, she said 10 o'clock, I said it's 9:15 there is enough time, she looked at me and said nothing. My granddaughters got upset and ask if we could just eat it at my house. We left and then at home I realized she took one of the orders wrong, she put a meal instead of a sandwich and a coke, but she didn't put fries in the box, so they overcharged me. Not going back to this place.

Jonathan was very professional , knowledgeable , respectful and a great manager. Made my order exactly the way I preferred it and food was great.!! I will return.

Disappointed. This was my first time trying this spot and I will NOT be going back. I ordered the steak philly cheesesteak and found a hair in it.. 🤢 talk about unsanitary. The inside of the restaurant kind of had a funny smell as well should’ve been the first red flag. 0/10 don’t recommend

If i could give it a zero I would but the food was horrible. I had to wait forever to even receive my order and the gentleman that gave me the food smelt like pure weed. Don’t even get me started on the food. The wings were dried out with barely any sauce. Overall this was a horrible experience, even the manager was rude.

I ordered the Chicken Philly. It was salty and dry. Chicken, cheese and bread. That's it That's all. I didn't like it and I won't be ordering it again. The fries were hot and crispy tho. The staff was friendly with kind smiles. The restaurant was clean.

The cashier manager whatever he is is horrible his attitude socks and clearly there is a language barrier I told him numerous times I wanted Chicken and still gave me Steak and had the damn nerve to argue with me!

Ordered 1 philly cheese steak no fries no drinks no custom since 2:11pm August 16,20 24 but received order at 2:25pm even NO customer in line???? Over 10 min just for a sandwich???

Was told that they where serving made me wait in line for 25 minutes once I got too the intercom I was told it was closed even after the manager has said they where gonna take.us made me reverse back trought the drivetrough had to get off and remove sign because they blocked me in.

Great place to eat the employees are very friendly and helpful the food is delicious ?? the only thing I had a problem with is you have to ask for napkins but I great place for brunch and lunch we had sandwiches and wings
