Ordered California Chicken sandwich and some wings. My sandwich didn’t have much meat inside, mostly lettuce and sauce, and 2 out of my 6 wings were rock hard. It was disappointing, always love me a good sandwich but this location was disappointing.

It's been awhile since I visited Charley's. This location simply has the Best customer service ever. Tip of the hat to Jocelyn!!! Very pleasant a well as accommodating. Sometimes the food isn't always the reason you patronize an establishment. Keep up the good service and tasty food!

Very amazing service honestly the best i have ever been treated at a fast food place we were welcomed with such love and kindness very A-1 service. Wouldn't change a thing Ruben was very kind and caring for sure deserves a raise just an overall very nice atmosphere.

Don't recommend this place, I went on a Saturday night 9pm, the place was empty, we placed the order, the girl was mumbling the questions, we couldn't understand her in English nor Spanish because she was mumbling, speaking too low and too fast. She asked if it was to go and said NO, once she came to give us the food, everything was in boxes in a bag, I told her we were going to eat there, she said that were closing soon, I asked what time do you close, she said as soon as you leave, I asked again what time do you officially close, she said 10 o'clock, I said it's 9:15 there is enough time, she looked at me and said nothing. My granddaughters got upset and ask if we could just eat it at my house. We left and then at home I realized she took one of the orders wrong, she put a meal instead of a sandwich and a coke, but she didn't put fries in the box, so they overcharged me. Not going back to this place.

Jonathan was very professional , knowledgeable , respectful and a great manager. Made my order exactly the way I preferred it and food was great.!! I will return.

Disappointed. This was my first time trying this spot and I will NOT be going back. I ordered the steak philly cheesesteak and found a hair in it.. 🤢 talk about unsanitary. The inside of the restaurant kind of had a funny smell as well should’ve been the first red flag. 0/10 don’t recommend

If i could give it a zero I would but the food was horrible. I had to wait forever to even receive my order and the gentleman that gave me the food smelt like pure weed. Don’t even get me started on the food. The wings were dried out with barely any sauce. Overall this was a horrible experience, even the manager was rude.
