I love this place. The cheesesteaks are really good and I regularly visit this place because Estrella gives me and others the best customer service! She works hard, she is quick and funny. Try this place out!

The place itself is fine. This is probably the worst cheesesteak I’ve had the cheesesteak hoagie is basically what this is not a real Philly cheesesteak. Wings though were fire.

I recommend the food but I think they have a plumbing problem. Take it to go. A bit pricer but it tastes good.
Parking: There is construction on the road which makes it a bit difficult to get to the parking lot. Just a heads up on that.

I don’t understand, why I ordered wings abs other items but have to pay for thank you ranch I’m understand if you’re gonna order 10 or 20 or 50 wings wrench should come with the order. You should have to pay a dollar for ranch. I would never come to Charlie’s again. This is my first time.

My order went sideways tonight and the manager Jonathan was very helpful and kind. The situation was rectified. The dasher that accepted the delivery was a stupid distance away. Our food would have been finished and sitting there for 30 mins before it was picked up for delivery. Thank you Jonathan ?

It may be because of road construction outside but when you walk in this restaurant it smells like raw sewage and sewer gas the employees don't even notice and when mentioned they don't seem to care. We decided to dine elsewhere.
