The employee on the receipt not the problem . Hispanic short guy was , we asked for mayo and was given ranch when I told him he got mad said I know what I heard and he should charged me extra even with me clarifying to them I am allergic he was so rude

I had a large order and the cashier helped me because it was my first time ordering here. I had never been to this fast food place. My employees recommended it. All the workers were very friendly and they got my large order correct. I had no issues. My employees said that the food was delicious. I would highly recommend this location. I had a great experience.

Just like the other reviews said… horrible… the mall opens at 10 but instead of taking orders the guy is walking around having conversations at 10:20 and says he’s hey open at 10:30.

I ordered chicken California sandwich through Uber, they were offering one for free, like order one and get one free, they ended up charging me twice $35+ dollars. My goodness!!
I had been calling to fix this, but nobody answered.

Subs for my kids were not the right order. Chicken missing and just cheese in the bread. My other kid order a cheese steak all the way he only got cheese and meat but missed all other ingredients so they did not eat them. I tried to come back to the store but mall doors were closed. Employee Erick Cerda was not friendly at all not showing respect and appreciation when taking our order. Place was dirty all over the counter and floor. They were rushing to close store but that is not a reason to treat us like that. I paid $25 for nothing! I had to go and get something else to cook at home which got me behind on my things to do at home. I want my money back. I have the receipt with me. Order ID # AAADCMNGAGGZ. 12/15/2024. 7pm. Receipt says 8pm but their clock must have been configured with Eastern Time I guess. Very disappointed!

Food is ok but employees have zero communication with customers.

I got the cheesesteak combo and asked if the drink and fries were regular size or large but all they said was "Do you want a large soda?" and they tried to charge extra.

Two different cashiers checked me and one charged $19 and other one $18.

The menu doesn't even mention the size of the drink or the fries.

And you can't hear the employees in crowd. All they do is just take orders. They looks like they gonna die if they talk to customers!

No smiles or helpfulness to customers. A blonde girl even told me "There's a line in the back" because I asked a question.

Fries is also little amount and bread is actually regular size but they call it “large”. If this is large, I don’t want to see the small or regular size!

I work at a local bakery and I always listen to customers and do my best to answer them kindly and smile, I recommend this to your employees as well…

I went there just because I liked this cheesesteak before but their manner totally ruined my enjoyment of food tonight!

They also charged me $19.78 first but than cashier said it got voided and did not gave me the meal. It still looks like processing, I hope y’all refund my $20 back!

Charleys was what I wanted, been eating them since 02 in Long Beach. Very friendly folks at counter and bread and lemonade was still tasty!
But, meat was overcooked and dry. Just a heads up, many would just say 'hey its just a 20$ sandwich. I want mgmt to know,so people will return for the juicy cheesesteaks. And not blow ya'll off over dry sandwich.

The food at Charleys is spectacular. That’s why it’s my favorite place to get Philly steak and cheese sandwiches and the french fries are perfect. Done exactly the way they should be. I love this place and I intend to order from here again soon.
