I NEVER leave reviews like this but this is crazy. You guys literally gave me food poisoning. I walked off to use the rest room as you were preparing my food and I should have made sure you guys had clean gloves on. You touch everything else then touch the food too!! Will never step foot in this dump again

On today, I decided to order lunch while on my meal break from this location because I work inside of the Galleria. I ordered a kids meal, which includes three chicken tenders/strips, fries, a small drink and a small bag of cookies. I’ve ordered from this location multiple times before and I’ve always received more fries than displayed. When I inquired about the quantity of fries I was given the response, “It’s a kids meal.” The manager watched from afar and didn’t attempt to step in and provide any customer service. On top of this, when given my bag by one of the ladies she said, “Here lady.” I am dissatisfied and disturbed by this experience.

I recently dined at Charley’s Philly Steaks and had a mixed experience with my order, which included a Philly Cheesesteak and a Chicken California. Starting with the positives, the taste of both sandwiches was quite enjoyable. The Chicken California was well-seasoned, although it did fall a bit short on the amount of chicken included. The Philly Cheesesteak, on the other hand, was generously cheesy, to the point where the cheese tended to overshadow the taste of the meat. The seasoning was spot on, making it a delightful treat.
However, it was quite apparent that the meat wasn't the freshest. Despite this, the flavors were good enough to make the meals feel worth their cost, especially considering the convenience of its location in the food court. Speaking of which, the food court setting was quite comfortable with ample seating available, which is always a plus.

DONT ORDER the large philly cheese steak. The bun is tiny everything is put on top and there is no way to eat woth without the whole thing falling apart. Its hard to pickup since they put the bread in first and then layer everything up. The bread gets soggy fast and there is no upside to this menu item. Either serve with a large bread or package the food another way.

I would’ve continued eating these because they’re good, but there was SO MUCH cheese and very little bacon. The extreme amount of cheese made these fries inedible.

The service was actually surprisingly pretty good when I was there, and most of the workers were ok. The food was kind of just mediocre though. Its kind of just a regular fast food sandwich but bigger. Not bad, especially given the other options in the mall, but I still can't say I'm super crazy about it.
