Can I just say for 11 dollars you m very underwhelmed and frankly let down with the very limited menu and well my shake
Sad to say also in the idea it's not worth it. Yes, I ordered on Uber eats.. Ordering a 10$ shake and a 4$ tip, so that this tiny thing shows up.. Very disappointing.
Great ice cream but please hurry and put cookies and cream back on the menu.
THE BEST ice cream!!
Steve and I stopped by Cheaters Creamery, and we ended up having one of the best customer service experiences we’ve had anywhere all thanks to Raihan. From the moment we walked in, Raihan went above and beyond. He offered us multiple samples and explained every single flavor with so much detail and passion. He told us about the inspirations behind the ice creams, the ingredients, the background of Cheaters Creamery, and even shared the story of the artist who painted the mirror on the wall. It felt like a mini tour, not just an ice cream stop. What stood out most was his patience. Raihan never rushed us, not for a second. He made Steve and me feel completely welcomed, like he genuinely wanted us to have the best experience possible. He took his time with everything, answered every question, and made choosing a flavor feel like a luxury. Cheaters Creamery already has amazing flavors and a cool, artistic vibe but Raihan is the kind of person who elevates a business. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm will take him far in life and any future he chooses. People like him create loyal customers, and Steve and I left truly appreciating how rare that kind of service is. Thank you, Raihan. You made our night. People complain too much. Give it a try. Sincerely all the ice cream was delicious. No complaints. Deserving of 5 stars all the way, kudos for staying open late. Thank you!
Cheater’s has some of the best ice cream I’ve had in a while. The snickerdoodle ice cream has the perfect balance of flavors and bits you can chew on. And the creaminess of their ice cream is something I’ve rarely ever had.
Overpriced and underwhelming. I ordered the ube on a waffle cone. $8 is outrageous for a scoop of ice cream. While I was trying to order, one of the attendants got out of the truck and decided to reach across my body, swiping an elbow across my boob, to take down one of their signs. He could’ve taken it down from the other side without reaching into my space—let alone across and into my body. The ice cream gave me cereal milk vibes and didn’t inspire my tastebuds at all. Meh… I’m unlikely to return.
Biscoff icd cream 🔥
Awful service .. the girl never even acknowledged when we walked in she was just busy making orders for I guess to go ? Because no one was in there … 5 mins past without her saying anything why we just stood there .,, then she says “ just give me one second “ and walks to the back ….we just left …
I don’t know if they changed owners or what but their most popular flavor is unavailable and they no longer sell it. So I asked for their substitute “cookies n cream”. I even asked for a sample and it clearly had cookie chunks. I asked for 2 cookies and cream scoops and 1 strawberry milk. Come to find out their cookies n cream had ZERO COOKIES! I was very surprised when I began eating my scoops. It was so different from the sample (however same color) I thought maybe it was the wrong flavor. But no deep in the ice cream there was only ONE BIG PIECE of cookie… just ONE PIECE! I was very disappointed. And I would have asked for a refund but at that point I was so disappointed I just didn’t even want to go with asking them for a refund. This is definitely not same management or owner. Only reason I give 2 stars is because the strawberry milk was ok .. I am definitely never going back. Oh and the whipping cream …. SAD…

Not worth the money at all. I knew that the servings would be small, but the quality did not make up for it at all. On top of that, I couldn't see the menu due to its size and placement. The special flavors I wanted to try were either not there or were scratched out. I could only see their monthly flavor menu clearly, so I picked from that. I got the cookies and cream milkshake, and this was probably one of the saddest milkshakes I've had. Not only was it the smallest I've bought, but it didn't have anything on it. No whipped cream, chocolate sauce, or cherry. If I needed to ask for that, it was not stated anywhere on the menu and the server didn't ask if I wanted anything on top. It didn't taste like much either. My brother tried their hard ice cream, but he stated that it only tasted slightly better than Blue Bell. I wouldn't reccomend this place, especially with milkshakes as I've honestly had better at Jack in the Box than here. If you want ice cream, there are many more and better places around this area that taste better at this price range.
$10.44 for a small chocolate milkshake is unreasonable —especially coming from a food truck with no seating or even a proper parking lot.
Solid choice for hard ice cream, lots of options, friendly service. This parking lot is not exactly easy to navigate- so I illegally double parked behind the truck while I ran to get my order.
I LOVE this place! me and my boyfriend stumbled across them on social media and i've never gone back to baskin robins or any of the other places! Must try the churro flavor or the strawberry cheesecake!
10/10 recommend for all!
