I usually donât do this but I am soooo disappointed. I rave about the place all day and yaâll have never gotta my order wrong before but I had an Uber eats order tonight and you didnât put my ranch in the bag and I am so heartbroken. The ranch is the best part of the entire meal and my meal is so mid now :( please give me a free meal coupon or something. I will give you proof If needed. ALSO I PAID AN EXTRA $2 FOR THAT RANCH.

Went 2x while in houston, this used to be my favorite sandwich spot. They changed how they make the jalapeño cream cheese so itâs now a ranch texture and makes the sandwich soggy. Very light on the jelly and honey so canât even taste it on those sandwiches that have it. Mostly now a toasted loaded lettuce sub. Was let down this time around at cheeba hut. Also forgot the grilled chicken on the sub and instead of remaking the sub. They handed us warm chicken to put on ourselves.

Ordered from here 2xs and nothing was great. The sandwiches lacked flavor, French onion soup lacked cheese and the goo ball was dry. Won't be back.

They need to use Trappeys Red Devil sauce at this location as well...Franks is so mid. Grape, Fruit Punch, Blue Raspberry lemonade cool-aid spread was a good variety imo.
