My son and his friend went for lunch. They had a coupon a piece and before they could order the lady at the register named hispanic lady named Mary she saw they had coupons and got very rude and told them they couldn't use them because they came in the same car. They were co-workers, and she kept telling both of them they were family. And they both couldn't use separate coupons. I called corporate and they said, I could use the coupons.I personally went back up there to try to use a coupon. She told me.I couldn't use the coupon.When I told her corporate said I could use it.She was very rude and unprofessional. Told me to go another checkers. I have the video. Of her being rude and telling me a lot more than that.

My son and I went to store # 3764 for the first time we have coupons and of course we try to used them however they told us that for us to use the coupon you have to purchase something else then use the coupon so I ask the cashier that in the coupon does not say anything about that so then the manager or whatever she is Mariela step up and extremely rude with no education at all like she was so mad so disrespectful telling us that we have to purchase something else first then use the coupon but on her own way so I did tell her that I was not trying to be disrespectful I was just asking if they can show me where in the coupon that it says that so she just went off on me so if she don’t like her job she can just look for something that can be more on her level if she continue working there then she needs to be training properly with all my respect.

Hispanic lady who claimed her name was Maria and said she was the manager was rude and refused to give corporate information. She didn't want to answer my inquiries regarding a combo. Then told me she was busy when I tried to order. I went inside she was back there fixing food and scratching her ear and head with the same gloves.Never will go back to this location ever.

Take out very good sometimes but I look checkers rallly's the meals are great according to who's in there different employees really care about the business and the customer some or their just for the payment thanks so much have a great weekend

The Hispanic lady who works at drive thru window is very RUDE and never 👎 uses my rewards through the checkers app bc she says it never shows up on her end on her computer…in which I can redeem anything 😡and she is always rude and rushes even though there is no one else in line!!! Please hire more friendly and more competent staff!!!
