I got the glorilla meal. Pretty good value. Fries good. Burger Pattie not seasoned and seems it’s been sitting in a drawer not very hot or juicy. Drink is good and apple pie is good

For starters, me and my family used to enjoy Checkers when they used to be located in Dallas Tx. Me and my family came out to Houston to enjoy my Birthday trip get away for a little bit. We saw this Checkers location in Houston and wanted to go and enjoy.. IT WAS THE TOTAL OPPOSITE!! The open sign light was not turned on, the establishment was very Dirty, then when we get to the drive thru we were NOT properly greeted. Your employee Neveah did NOT HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. THE GOOD WAS DEFINITELY NOT GOOD.. The fries was SERIOUSLY OVER COOKED AND ONE OF OUR CHICKEN SANDWICHES WAS STILL RAW MEAT ON THE INSIDE. We go to the front window to inform the front desk Employee that the sandwich was NOT PROPERLY COOKED ALL THE WAY. What she do after we inform her? She came outside the store and got on her cell phone looking at me and my family like why are we still here.. This is situation that could have easily gotten resolved, but instead, no action of correcting their Wrongs. I thought I could have relived a childhood memory of what Checkers use to be with good good and class. BUT THIS LOCATION IS TRULY UNPROFESSIONAL!! I see now Checkers is Not what it used to be to be.. smh
