Drove 22 minutes to this location because we specifically wanted Checkers tonight and arrived at 11:29. The lady comes over the drive thru speaker and tells us that they’ve already cleaned up for the night and aren’t serving anymore. I ask her if she can say that again and she says that they close at 12 but they’ve already cleaned up so they’re not serving anymore. Google says this is open until 1 but apparently they don’t care and just close but keep all the lights on so whoever is in charge thinks they must still be open.

Just drove 20 minutes. It’s 11:30pm. The website says it closes at 1am. We go to the drive through and the lady tells us they close at midnight but won’t take our order at 11:30. Lazy and pathetic.

Omg I have not been to a checkers in years, that got my food right. Kevin took my husband and I order. He was very polite when he greeted us. He listened carefully and got our order correct the first time. We asked for fresh food. AND FRESH IT WAS!!!! THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH FOR THE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE GREAT FOOD. I WILL BE BACK ??????

The burger and fries was the only good thing we ordered. The service was good as well. The milkshake my daughter ordered was spoiled. The funnel cake fries were soggy and no sauce with them. I don't recommend the chicken nuggets bites either. I used to love checkers but quality isn't there

The food was damn near cold, and it wasn't fresh. I had crusted hard parts on both sandwiches, and the fries were, and they didn't have the drink I wanted.The customer service was ok, but it would've been better if I had fresh food.

This location is in rough shape. There were only 2 people working at 1 pm on sunday. It took a few minutes for someone to take my order..not his fault though. Then they had no ice in the soda fountain and he had to fill my cup. The only drinks available were Dr pepper amd sweet tea and the dr pepper was flat. No carbonation at all.The burgers were good but they are very small. The price is fair though for the small burgers I guess. They have great fries.

Got the steakhouse burger and it didn't look as advertised. Think they just threw REGULAR onions on my burger. Food was good tho so I just ate it. Plus it was late and I didn't wanna turn
By far thee worst customer service experience. I ordered 2 big Burford sandwiches. There was no one in the restaurant with me. So I'm trying to figure out why it's taking a manager and a line person to make my sandwiches. They were moving so slow and with no ounce of urgency. Just laughing and talking and looking at me like welp your going to have to wait. Then the sandwhich maker wasn't dressed appropriately. She had on a crop top jacket with her stomach showing. So unprofessional. Would not be dining there again.

I got the checkers meal deal. The fries were not the best to me at all. The chicken nuggets were really undercooked for me. The sandwich looked really big in the picture but it was a lot smaller than expected. And the garlic Parmesan loaded fries were not good at all. The Parmesan was soggy as hell and over all they did not tast how I expected them to taste
