I messaged chef enrique over and over requesting a taste testing for my wedding that was months out. He never responded and told me to go to a quince expo that I went to and tried speaking to him one on one and he still ignored me and focused on the other people that just wanted free food when I wanted his work for My wedding. I messaged him after to try to set up a taste test for my fiancé and I one on one with him and he confirmed the date. However the day of he cancels on us and never returns my messages or calls. I was ready to pay for a 300 plated wedding and he didn’t care at all.I even asked for ANY response if he was unable to cater our wedding, don’t waste my time of constantly messaging him since he wasn’t responding and I didn’t even get that courteous response.

Very badly. They recommended the place well but the organization and the food were very bad. They made a mistake in the order that was made to them, and not an apology or explanation about how badly they did it.Well they say that paying Mariachi doesn't play well. "So I recommend that you pay 50% beforehand so that you don't have a bad experience."

He did amazing job and very friendly great service and professional about it. His service for for my daughters Quinceanera in 2018. Now we hope to use his service again for another joyful event next year. God willing. Glad I found his website!!!
