Very upsetting. I went inside with my mom and cousin. I told them to go check out the restroom because of the esthetics. The bartender tells me that I need to order a drink because they went inside the RR. Just note: I've gone many many times and purchased their expensive drinks, but usually i don't go to their RR. She was so rude about it. We haven't been back since.

Came bar hopping near by and stumbled upon this bar and it’s such a cute cool little bar and our bartender Hannah was so nice! We got the care bear martini and it was super sweet but super cute!

I visited Cherry at 308 Main St. in Houston recently and had a mixed experience. The club boasts a vibrant 80s and 90s theme with retro decor, neon accents, and a unique disco-balled unicorn, creating a fun and intimate atmosphere. The music selection was enjoyable, and the drink prices were reasonable for the downtown area.
However, I encountered an issue when attempting to take photos and videos of the bar's ambiance for Google Maps. A female bartender gestured to me to stop recording, which I found surprising given the public nature of the venue and the absence of any posted photography restrictions. While I understand and respect individual privacy, especially for staff members, a polite verbal request would have been more professional and appreciated.
Additionally, it's worth noting that Cherry is a relatively small venue without a designated dance floor; patrons often dance in front of the bar area. Despite the limited space, the club maintains a cozy and energetic vibe.
Overall, Cherry offers a nostalgic and lively experience, but clearer communication regarding photography policies and more professional staff interactions would enhance the overall customer experience.

Went on a Thursday and LOVED the vibe. Kiki behind the bar made some amazing drinks and made us feel super welcomed. Loved that they had a dj there playing different styles of music! (Went back Saturday and Kiki again took wonderful care of us) 🍒💖
