I recently visited this restaurant to redeem a free sandwich I earned from completing a survey at another location. When I arrived, the manager, Tiffany, and another manager, Oscar, were very rude and told me I couldn’t use it. I found this very disappointing because I took the time to complete the survey and believe I should have been able to receive my sandwich. The way the situation was handled was unprofessional and left me with a bad impression.

I like this location, staff is friendly, but I couldn’t give five stars because on multiple occasions, their cookies and brownies were old, dried out, and stale and it’s also disappointing when I don’t get the sauces I request.

The food was fresh and delicious, but one of my chicken strips was very small and no one was coming around, as they usually do at other stores, asking if we needed refills or anything else. It's been some years since I've been to this location, so maybe it's not operated like the others. It also has no playground like the other stores.

I am very disappointed with my recent experience at Chick-fil-A. I went through the drive-thru and ordered chicken minis, but what I received was something completely different. Mistakes happen, and I understand that but when I called the same day to get it resolved, I was assured it would be taken care of.
Now, a week later, nothing has been fixed. Instead of providing a simple solution, I’ve been given the runaround each time I’ve followed up. It’s frustrating to spend money, not receive what you ordered, and then not get any real help from the store afterward.
I usually enjoy Chick-fil-A’s food and service, but this experience has left a really bad impression. At the very least, I expect better communication and accountability from a company that prides itself on customer service.
The staff at this location is amazing, they go above and beyond. Thank you Lisa for making sure everyone in the dining room is happy 😊

Prices have gone through the roof, two adult chicken meals, two kids, chicken meals nothing extra no large sizes nothing and it came to $50 for really need to look at their prices.
