I called to complain about receiving a RAW chicken mini and when I spoke to the manager she said there was nothing she could do for me which is disappointing to hear after biting into there raw chicken. I will not be returning and wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone unless your looking to purchase raw chicken.

I visit this location, receive my food and it was not what I ordered. I called the restaurant twice no answer, but left a voicemail. No one returned my call.

This fast food joint loses one star because they intertwine their personal belief and religious view incorporated into how their business is seen. I say keep religious views and politics separated from a company.
Other than that, their service is top notch, they are the fastest output service I have seen. They are the true meaning of fast food with quick service.
They employ a lot of people to make sure food is pushed out safely and quickly.
Their food is far better than most other fast food stores. The chicken is cooked properly and comes out freshly made and does not have food sitting under a heat source like other fast food joints.
Their breakfast mini biscuit with chicken bites are the bomb!! So addicting.

For the past year, I've come here everyday to eat and relax after work. I went all last week like I normally do and instantly realized the atmosphere had completely changed. I looked around and all the tables were dirty. There were food crumbs and napkins all over the floor. After all this, I got my food and also realized no one was greeting the customers as they walked in. It felt very disorganized, displeasing, and depressing being here now. After dealing with this horrible customer service and bleak atmosphere all week I asked one of the employees on the side and that's when I received the unfortunate news; Ms. Norma transferred to a different Chick-fil-A location.

Ms. Norma was sole reason why I use to come to this location. It always felt like home. She was a very loving person, and genuinely cared for all her customers. I have never in my life received any customer service like hers. From the moment I'd walk in...she never failed to greet me and always welcomed me with a smile. I always had a clean table to sit at and enjoy my food. It was not in her job description to do this, but she always asked what I was drinking and if I needed more refills. She had no problem getting more sauces, or napkins for me or any other customers. It was just not me, but many other people also loved and appreciated Ms. Norma for everything she did. During Christmas countless customers, including myself, came just to drop off small Christmas gifts to her as a token of appreciation for her hard work all year, going above and beyond, and having superb customer service everyday. The entire Heights community knew and loved Ms. Norma very much. My friends and family who lived miles away would purposely come here just for Ms. Norma. They'd always tell me, "her amazing service...is worth the drive!"

Due to this, my friends, family, and myself will no longer be coming to this location. In a span of one week, I've already noticed the huge difference without Ms. Norma being here. Without her, this location will no longer be or feel the same. Her energy, enthusiasm, her genuine love for helping and being attentive of every customer no matter who they were is unmatched. Ms. Norma will be greatly missed.

Bad service didn’t let me bring in my service animal when I clearly showed registration

Terrible customer service. Gave me the wrong order, and I had to drive back to the restaurant to get it corrected. I went back through the drive through and an employee rings in the corrected order and offers a complimentary milkshake. I get to the window and another employee seems confused, takes my incorrect items, and refuses to provide the complimentary shake that the other employee already offered. The manager then says he can’t provide the milkshake because I already got my order for free. I’m not sure in what world getting the items you originally ordered and had to drive back for is considered free. The manager then proceeds to then offer a fry, cookie, brownie, or nuggets, but apparently the milkshake is forbidden. This store obviously needs a refresher course on basic addition and customer service.

Somebody packing the orders is having some difficulty. This is the 2nd time they gave us the wrong order in which we had to return with no apology / complimentary item. Will not be supporting anymore.

Worst customer service I've had from CFA in a while. Not a pleasant location to visit. I was here 12/16/24 at 9:30am. All three lady's I spoke with were not very nice and didn't provide the customer service I'm use to.

Ivan Not So Great

One of the employees that that works there continued to make sure that everything was going okay for me. The people that work here seems to go above and beyond.

Parking: A lot of spaces were taken, but there were some also available.

Kid-friendliness: The environment is kid-friendly. They have options of games and gum ball machines.

Wheelchair accessibility: I think that I recall them having one, but I couldn't remember.

Where does Chick-fil-A find their fantastic workers? I always leave happy. Proof that kindness is contagious.

I like coming to this chi-fil-A I like the atmosphere and the nice service from the workers , But most of all the attention the worker Ms Norma she is so sweet and always making sure you got what you need and if you need anything she’s gets it for you with love , Ms Norma needs to get a raise
