I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this restaurant. On Friday night, 06/20/2025 I went through the drive-thru and ordered a milkshake. When I got home and opened it, I was horrified to find a roach on top of the milkshake.
I immediately tried calling the restaurant, but no one answered. I then submitted a complaint and followed up, yet I still haven’t received any response from management.
It’s now been several days, and despite my efforts to get in touch, no one has reached out to address the situation. This lack of accountability is unacceptable, especially considering the seriousness of a food safety and hygiene issue like this.

This location stays busy! The staff are always friendly and able to assist even when there is an error. Out of the numerous times I've been to this location in the last two years, there has been only 2 times that they've had a mix up hit my bag of food through the drive through. If you are hungry, you can't go wrong with the Lords Chicken :)

I called to complain about receiving a RAW chicken mini and when I spoke to the manager she said there was nothing she could do for me which is disappointing to hear after biting into there raw chicken. I will not be returning and wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone unless your looking to purchase raw chicken.
