Experience was mostly good, it did start off bad, Daijah left a lot to be desired, as she messed up the order multiple times and had to repeat myself many times, and to top it off she kept rushing the order, asking “ is that it?” With attitude nonetheless, the rest of the experience after that was splendid the food was great and given in a timely manner.

Fast, flawless, service, as always. It's incredible that that is the norm for Chick-fil-A no matter where you go. 10/10 would recommend, literally anytime I need lunch, my first thought is Chick-fil-a.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Worst Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. Order a large waffle fry and every time more than half the container is just crumbs and they put like 3 large fries on top to hide it. The chicken is always so dry and tastes old like it’s been sitting there since the day before. I’ve tried to give this location so many chances and every time I’m so disappointed and wasting my money the food goes in the trash.

This location off Wayside and 45 is awesome! To be honest all Chick-fil-A locations are awesome! Lol. I love how quickly the line moves, your order is correct and every employee is pleasant. I wish all fast food places had these positive benefits.

Customer service at this restaurant is definitely not the #1 priority. My family and I decided to eat at this chick fil a, since it was near to us at the time of dinner. We were really debating on going to this location since we have been told by relatives about not having good customer service but we wanted to give it a try. But after ordering I was already getting the feeling of regret. The time when we came in was about two hours before closing and the staff was already getting ready to close down for the night. Upon receiving our order I noticed that the waffle fries were almost raw and hard. Like if they needed to be more time on the fryer. I didn’t say anything at the time because it was just about 3 three fries that were like that so I just put it to the side. But as we were eating we noticed that one of our sandwiches didn’t come out the way we ordered it. It was supposed to be a Spicy chicken sandwich deluxe and I just received a plain spicy chicken sandwhich, so I went to ask for the cheese/tomato on the side, thinking it was no big deal for them, but I was really surprised that they actually wanted to charge me for the items. I’ve been too many chick fil a restaurants and they never try to charge me for anything like that sort, when it’s just a small quantity. I payed for it and moved on. By the time we finished eating we let our child run around the kids play area and were just having a normal conversation when all of a sudden the cleaning lady/member shouted out from the front of the store that they were closing in 30 minutes in Spanish.
We walked out of there really surprised because it was just so weird to see a chick fil a, act like that with their customers. I’m writing this down for anyone who in the future decides to eat at this place to not be surprised if they feel like they didn’t put the customer first before anything and treat you differently than the other restaurants.

If all the chick-fil-a's were God's angels, this one would be Lucifer. Haven't been feeling well for over a week and finally was able to eat solid food. Decided to stop here about lunch time and they had NO FOUNTAIN DRINKS. They had someone directing cars well before the actual line (because the setup is all over the place) and still didn't mention it until you've already waited and they take your order and you have no other choice. Not my first bad experience here, literally only stop for convenience every once in a while because EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. it's something.

They don’t offer a cup of water in the app. Most chickfia stores do and it is the right thing to do. I was disappointed.

Friendly service. Unfortunately, I had placed a catered order the day before and it was not ready when I arrived. There weren't any condiments, and neither did they offer any. I had to ask them for everything I needed.
