Well first the girl that took our order in the drive through was very nice, quick and accurate, so thank you to her.
Now when we got to the pick up window, the person(young man) that greeted us was respectful and asked for our payment and after a few moments then asks us to move to the mobile pickup parking spot to wait that our order want ready yet. I didnt particularly like that but whatever. We moved and waited 10 minutes passed and my husband decided to just ask for a refund. Now mind you we only ordered 2 12pc nugget meals w/ fries and drinks (one of them was a grilled nugget) but sill. 6 other cars, maybe more came and went as we sat there waiting for our food…..not an exaggeration. We got our refund and we’re about to pull out and leave, then the guy comes to our window and brings the food. (Don’t get excited) the nuggets were great, but the fries were cold and overly salted so not exactly fully worth the headache.

Food was great but I felt like I was not wanted as they come and asked if I was ok 6 time. We were there for 40 min, 3 kids so we sat by the playground. My kids were playing after they ate. I understand checking up on tables but the tables around were not checked on. I honestly felt like they were not wanting us there. I felt like I was being harassed and they just didn’t was us there.

They are in the ghetto. There is an armed guard outside where you place your order. Not a safe location. Food is meh . Service is meh

The drive-thru was not designed very well and it is dangerous because people have to cross where the food is being ordered, the people who are driving and they go around the restaurant to pick up the food which leaves no other option than to walk between the cars to enter the place and it seems that many are like that and it has very little space in the parking lot that is very close to the drive-thru with several blind spots where sometimes you have to park in reverse with little room to maneuver since It is a location also busy with other car traffic because there are other restaurants nearby.

Awesome service felt very welcome I have a kid and need to keep an eye on the play area and try to eat. The hispanic lady that assisted on keeping the dining area clean have the most excellent service asking around to all the guests if needing anything.

The manager and drive through team the evening of January 4, 2025 need additional oversight and training. The order taker did an excellent job taking and repeating the order. But everything went downhill as I rounded the corner to pick up my order. The ladies at the fulfillment window were joking about straws and not focusing on customer service. She handed over the order and I headed home only to discover that fries were missing from one of the kid's meal. It's late and my family is hungry and I am not going to let this go. I drive back to the restaurant and get down to bring attention to their shortcomings only to wait at an empty register while a gray shirt manager was joking around with the drive through window team. When she finally greets me at the register I share the error presenting all the bags in my order, but rather than focusing on fixing the order she quickly points out that "sir, one of your orders has a fruit cup, it doesn't come with fries." Yes, but the second kid's meal was a regular meal. She then checks the kid's meal bags and sees that the second is missing fries and there are no extra fries elsewhere in the order. I assertively ask for the order to be completely remade as nearly 30 minutes have elapsed between driving back to prove Chick-fil-A's error. Other than taking the cold order and replacing it with a fresh order, the manager and register team didn't apologize or offer any other consideration for their mistake. I think I will take my business to other restaurants in the area who care more about customer service and order accuracy.

Good morning! I had the chance of dining (without a long line and making it to work on time) at Chic Fil A very smoothly this morning. I placed my order and proceeded to the window. I am given my first bag, Yay! Then I got my 2nd bag, and inside was my Spicy Chicken Salad. 1st observation was the "crumply" bag. I shared with the hostess, "This bad looks like it's been crumpled up"! She's like, "I'm sorry"? I then stated, "This bag looks like someone has slept on top of it all night"! She...👀... and then 😐😒🙈. I have never dined at Chic Fil A and was given what looks like a "used bag"! The presentation was a C today. This will not discourage future dining at the location. Next time, I'll communicate the need for a clean, unused bag.
