Wanted to share..... We accidentally forgot our 1 year olds shoes in the play area and did not realize it until hours later, I called and spoke to Rene and he was nice enough to got look and hold the shoes for us until we came back later in the day to pick up. Thank you for your amazing service!!

Make sure they don’t double charge you. Horrible customer service from their manager on duty. Great food, horrible customer service ended up leaving without my order and still charged for the food.

Security here is terrible they're on their phones and when something happens they don't really do anything but stand there , the other day a disabled man was asking for a job and the security came in and stood behind them gripping a button I looked at her took my phone out and shook my head no , she said no what and gripped the batton harder mind you all this happened while I was waiting for my order security should have been dealing whit actual complaints outside instead they wanted to beat a disabled man asking for work smh

If you are not ready to be mishandled for not being Hispanic avoid this location. I have never been antagonized/skipped over the way I was when I came here. Savannah when asked if I got in the wrong line replied “stop being victim” ( keep in mind sometimes there is a line for mobile orders only)… Savannah and Monica began pointing and taunting me as continued thru the line; I didn’t curse them and I didn’t berate them . Another coworker Melissa when I asked who is the manager replied I already know what happened u want a manager ask at the window… DEI programs are important because it teaches us how to interact with others of diverse backgrounds. There was no one at this location that looked like me and I think it contributes to the way I was handled. As I exited the parking lot Monica thought it befitting to stop helping a customer to flick me off. In this climate it’s very disheartening to realize this where we are in Texas…
