Went to Chick-ful-A the other day. Aaron was the absolute best. He was patient when I was ordering my food(which I tend to modify ) and he also recommended me the strawberry shake which I have never had. Aaron for sure is the best employee so far I’ve interacted with atchick-ful-a.

I asked for no eggs and they put eggs on my salad. I told them I can’t come back and would like a refund since this is not the first time, they said we won’t issue a refund until I return the salad the next day. Rude and unprofessional behavior!

Yesterday my husband went to buy me a Side salad, he doesn't know that salad, but I do and I couldn't go and that's why it was him, I know the small salad is based but I wanted it with hot grilled chicken and the girl who She attended to him and did not want to sell it to him because it was an obvious VAT basis to pay extra for the hot grilled chicken and she told my husband that she was giving him the choice of grilled nuggets, or breaded ones obviously he didn't want that and she made the decision to Give him a market to make the order easier and not what he ordered. He doesn't know what a Side salad is like. The apple in the salad was rotten and it wasn't until he got home that I realized what they sold him and he didn't tell me. He was on the phone at that moment listening to everything she told him. That was at the drive tru on the night shift 7/3/2024. They should train their staff better.

The employees are always very friendly and attentive, the food is ready quickly, hot and they complete your order well, I recommend the Cobb salad, it is delicious ?Kid-friendliness: They have a play area I would like it to be bigger but my children still have fun ??
