Ordered online to get free board game. That was before calling to make sure they had some. Lady told me they did. No more than thirty minutes from ordering to pick up and not only did they not have free item but the nuggets were over done and they forgot the toy with the kids meal! There was no lines in drive thru so I doubt they had a rush of mobile orders. Very disappointing and definitely not up to Chic Fil A standards!

We got our order wrong twice, then we finally got it right as we saw them throw away two bags of clean good food. Like if you dont wanna give it to us, fine, but dont throw it away.

The restaurant was not crowded, but the fries arrived cold, and my spicy chicken sandwich, cold, had the ingredients just slapped on and not arranged for handy eating. Additionally, I was going to ask a waitress where the disabled entrances were, as I had a roller, but she just turned to me looked at me and then walked away. I will not be returning.
