Worst customer service and location out there. I would hate to work with someone like Neomi. No leadership, no empathy, and not a single smile from Neomi. This place looks miserable. Definitely needs a hard reset.

called restruant for catering. Employee laughed while pretending to not understand me then put the phone down and ignored me for 5 minutes before I hung up. I then tried to call again and they refused to answer. I will never eat here.

It was okay, make sure you get what you order because I ordered grilled nuggets and gave me crispy. I had also ordered a chicken sandwich lettuce only and ended up getting a deluxe with everything :| so I ended up paying more for something I didn’t order

The bacon in my cobb salad tasted uncooked or spoiled. Disappointed as I’ve had much better chicfila food. This location forgot my drink order but kindly gave it to me after food was picked up. Loud Latin music playing from behind the kitchen seemed very off-brand for chicfila.

Nice employees but 50% of the time my order is wrong and I don't realize until I have already walked all the way back to my office across the street. The employees are always very apologetic and are sure to make it right, but they could use more quality control. Even getting a refill I am constantly getting the wrong drink. :(

i waited for a very long time for my order. can't say i am satisfied with that. but i don't blame them.
it was packed. i went back in may, on a monday, so suffice to say i was a bit surprised!
food came out fine, not hot ENOUGH, but it's alright for a quick meal. order was correct, and you are allowed to ask for cutlery, with no attitude!
in summation, it was alright, expect what you would of a run-of-the-mill fast food place, but with the additional hustle-and-bustle of a mall.

I stayed at the Westin Galleria. They messed up my order three times! Then they unplug their phones, so you can’t call them. Horrible. They are always out of something.

I had an unordinary experience with the spicy chicken sandwich, upon eating it I’ve discovered it had blood veins in it. The manager (Roxi) came to the rescue and delivered me a 30Pc chicken nugget. She made everything so much better.
