Chick-fil-A is the number one fast food in America at least that’s what I believe in now it’s going under the dream. It took me a month and a half to write this bad review. This is how much I love Chick-fil-A and I hesitated so many times not to write a bad review, and this is not about the service. It’s actually about the chicken flavor. I thought it was just me in the beginning, but then I start hearing my family and my family friends talking about the same thing the chicken has unpleasant flavor. It taste like it’s old or it taste like it’s cheap chicken it taste extremely bad I took one bite and felt like I was going to throw up and nuts not with every time I purchase an order it’s like 50-50. You might get it good or you might get it bad it didn’t used to be like this before. It was always good. 100%. What’s going on with Chick-fil-A food come on man this place used to be my favorite place to go eat and now it’s ruined.smh

we showed up to this specific location to pick up an order they accepted on doordash. the man who was taking our order was a white man and after we approached the drive through window, we told them about our order IN ENGLISH. the worker then goes on to say “no mas” instead of opening the window and kindly telling us they accepted the order on accident. racist, very unfriendly and an absolutely unprofessional assumption.

Lately the service has become terrible. When you arrive via Uber food, they answer, “We don’t have this order,” twice today.
The customer service here is absolutely disgusting from management and staff. I asked for lire ice and received an ice cube. Roxane and Mariana are horrible employees.

The deluxe spicy chicken is my favorite and those waffle fries are just the best.
I am thrilled to upgrade my previous one-star review of Chick-fil-A to a glowing five stars, thanks to the incredible new team. My recent visits have been nothing short of delightful, and I’m so happy to hear the iconic lingo “my pleasure” from the staff, a signature phrase that epitomizes their exceptional service.
The new team has transformed my experience with their warm hospitality and attention to detail. Every interaction is positive, and the friendly demeanor of the staff makes each visit enjoyable. The efficiency and professionalism displayed by the team have renewed my faith in this location.

I visited Chick-fil-A at the Galleria mall, on June 28th at 09:22AM , but unfortunately, my experience was quite unpleasant. The staff seemed disinterested, lacking the friendliness and politeness that Chick-fil-A usually prides itself on.
Additionally, the efficiency of the service was notably poor. My order took an unusually long time to be prepared due to the cashier that took my order placed it under a name that was unrecognized. While one employee was packing orders, orders were not handed out until 7-10 other customers were waiting for them. They had the items ready in the bag sitting out for over 5-10 minutes as the staff congregated. After receiving my order, the employee was very disingenuous with the situation and laughed - going back to congregate with team members. The overall disorganization and lack of attention to detail made for a frustrating experience. Given the reputation of Chick-fil-A, this visit was particularly disappointing, and I hope they take steps to improve their service and efficiency in the future.

I have been to multiple Chick-fil-As but I chose to review this one. As a personality, I am picky but this chain is my favorite fast food restaurant. Please open Chick-fil-As on Sunday though because… just plz open. XD Thank you for the glorious food though. Look for my reviews and make sure to like them plz.
Kid-friendliness: I’m a kid and I really think the playground at MOST Chick-fil-As are very fun for ages 1-10 although plz let kids over 3 play on it because it only says kids ages 3- can play on it (Of course no one follows that rule).

I don't know the persons name because they didn't have the right person signed into the register but the fat black girl that took my order was rude and when I did get my order it wasn't even close to being right. I had half my order and half of someone's else's.
