TLDR; Express location similar to an airport. Same food, but no app support so you can't order ahead or earn points.
Fast and efficient with the food options you're used to, but in a food court. The ordering line is on the left and gets fairly long during lunch but goes very quickly. Most of the time you're waiting on the right for your food with a bunch of people. Sometimes more people than in line. I get that managing online/app orders would complicate the pickup process. I personally wouldn't my food sitting around getting cold, but I would like to earn and redeem points. This also means that they don't participate in any promotions or market level offers since those require the app.
This location is made for people who work downtown so you only have breakfast and lunch. There's obviously no drive through.

Sometimes fast is not good. They are so quick to get you your food that they forget your order. I ordered a spicy deluxe meal without cheese and extra tomatoes, and they gave me a normal meal, not the way I ordered it. Also, I guess fountain drinks are limited since when I approached a member for a refill, I was reminded that there was a one refill limit and was asked if this was my first refill. SMH

My biscuit fell apart but other than that it was a pleasant experience 🙏🏼🫶🏼

I ordered the 3 count strips to be told they don’t sell strips. I provided my QR code to scan for reward credit to be told they don’t participate in rewards.
Reading other reviews I see they also don’t sell many other menu items.
This location being considered a licensed franchise on the company website really has me questioning the Chick-fil-a standards of accepted brand representation.
Guess where I will not be going back. If you said Chick-fil-a at 711 Louisiana Street, you’re correct.
