I I've unfortunately had unchewable chicken twice at this location—once in a sandwich and another time in a salad—which was disappointing. However, aside from that, my experiences here have been mostly positive. Their mobile ordering line is always impressively fast, making it easy to grab food on the go without a long wait. Plus, the employees are consistently friendly and welcoming, which adds to the overall experience. I just hope the quality of the chicken improves because I really enjoy everything else about this location!

Had a terrible experience today (1/31) at around 9pm with a manager . She had a blue collar shirt and blonde / brown hair (I think her name is Abi). She was so rude to me when I asked for help. Not kind at all to me nor to the employee who was working the register who was actually trying to help me. I politely asked to borrow a telephone to make a phone call so someone could pick me up because I lost my cellphone nearby. she was so rude with a disgust look on her face. As a frequent Chick-fil-A customer, I’m extremely disappointed. It does not take a lot to be kind. No need for a nasty attitude. If it bothered her so much - she could just kindly refuse. No need to roll your eyes , speak under your breath, and hand the telephone with disgust . Big thank you to the gentleman working the register who ACTUALLY helped me out with respect.
