Restaurant closes at 9:pm only drive through open, maybe the area not safe like it used to be, two people got shot at the movie theater next to their restaurant , two years in row, we ordered, the girl who took our order very nice, we got our order, we drove off and after 5 minutes I couldn’t find my large fries and we ordered chicken sandwich grilled and spicy chicken sandwich. Two large waffles fires and one chocolate chip cookies, five pieces grilled chicken. We drove back after I called, got our medium fries, not large like we ordered, didn’t notice the chocolate chip cookies missing until we got home. I don’t know what is going with the people who gave the food to us ? but they really need to be more organized, they probably give my stuff to the wrong person. I felt like, they didn’t believe us, we didn’t get the large fries and chocolate chip cookies. I’m not going to do drive through next time only dine in. I will double check my food bag before I leave the counter. And they also refuse to give us refill on my husband Lemonades drink. I will attach my receipt. I’m also going to give this place a review with the survey I got on my receipt. I hope they get it together.

I come to this Chick-fil-A a lot as I work down the street. The staff is always super nice, but today Jonai helped me in the drive through and I would just like to say I had such a good experience. The staff here really are so kind, will definitely continue to come to this Chick-fil-A.

I came here with my partner and I asked the girl for a (cool wrap but instead of the grilled chicken to sub for the spicy crispy chicken) she talking about “I don’t think we can do that” she was sweet tho I think she was just confused. She then calls some white girl (blue eyes , blue hair) I guess she was a supervisor. I told her the same thing.This girl talking about “we don’t do that in this location” keep in mind she was rude. Anyways I told her I always ask for that and she told me “we don’t do that due to the temperature difference” girl that makes no sense, if it was a temp thing… y’all wouldn’t be putting hot chicken with tomato, cheese or lettuce in y’all’s sandwiches. Anyways they always do it at any location and she kept saying “well not at this location” so I just left. I then I went to another chick fil a next to my house and they did it ((: so I hope she sees this, they need to train her again because she needs some common sense. lol
This location is one of the slowest Chick-fil-As I’ve been to. In the morning it’s almost a 10-15 minute wait, which doesn’t compare to the wait at other Chick-fil-As I’ve been to around Houston.

Slowly I’ve watched chick-fil-a’s chicken quality control go downhill. This saddens me.They used to be 100% beautiful nuggies. 100% trust that I could pop them in my mouth blindfolded.Today. I brings me great sadness to give ???. Its 2/8 nuggets are 1/2 chewed and spit out. ?I cut my tiny nuggets into 1/4th and mixed it into my Mac/cheese (which I regret- bc now I have NOTHING to eat) and in a tiny 1/4 nugg- there was a bone just as large.Shame on you?

Whatever new Mobile Drive thru they are doing- horrible idea. The line was so long that I couldn’t check in to get my order even though I arrived before breakfast ended at 10:30, the QR codes are at the VERY FRONT of the drive thru and anyone would look stupid getting out their car to walk all the way to it, then once I could scan the QR code I arrived the app closed me out of my order completely THEN to top it all off I was stuck waiting in that line for another 15 minutes because it was so slow all to be told by a worker there was nothing they could do and walked away. In total waited from 10:25 until 10:50 for absolutely nothing. Bring back the parking spaces- not even sure why yall got rid of them in the first place.
