They need to do more to serve customers, it takes very long for orders to go out to eat.

This place is always great! But today they went above and beyond and I wanted to share it. I had a crazy morning and missed breakfast but decided to still get lunch there. They had a breakfast surprise in my order and maybe it was the universe balancing out but the fact that they even give away their left over breakfast to their customers says a lot about their customer care. Keep up the great work!

Super friendly environment, customer service is great.
Tried to pick up an order for a customer after we were told repeatedly it was being made ready at 8:15 ish . A half hour passed as we waited patiently only to be told in the end that there was no order and that payment didn't go through even after we showed people in charge proof of purchase and order confirmation. Customer ended up having their order cancelled entirely because this location did not want to help resolve the confusion . One star for the inconvenience . Waste of gas. And for being turned away on the issue . And yes we verified the location three times with the staff .
First and last time I visited this Chick Fil A,,I ordered the Breakfast Combo #1 with a Yogurt Parfait..The Chicken Sandwich tasted Horrible, it looked like it had been ready for hours,,The Coffee was lukewarm and the Yogurt was at the half!!..Yes, half,,,I have never received a Yogurt as empty as this one?

I was extremely disappointed after sending my husband to get dinner and him returning with no chik fil a. Sauce or ketchup or any condiments in the bag. I asked him to get extra sauce and even if he forgot to ask the servers are always supposed to ask if you would like some or provide some. I don’t understand why this restaurant couldnt provide at least 2 in the bag, ruined my entire meal.
The grilled chicken sandwich is to die for!
