Took 20 min to get my curbside order. They let people who aren’t using curbside park in those spots so you have to go in to get your food. No reason to have curbside

First time here and it was so pleasant. The cashier was so nice. My food was warm and quick. I would definitely come again.

Alicia took our order through drive thru very sweet young girl. We got to the window and the young lady African American was so rude was staring at us for a minute with a bothered look before my son said she was yelling at us saying “excuse me” from the door/window instead of approaching us at our window and asking for our name she looked very bothered almost annoyed not saying one word after she asked for our name, felt very uncomfortable. Not coming here again. I’ll keep going to any other chick fil a as everyone is always so welcoming and friendly.

I ordered a #1 meal and he asked what to drink with that and I replied unsweetened tea. My wife ordered soup and large unsweet tea. The meal came out and he forgot her tea and I had to pay for it. There was no fries with my meal and he registered it as a sandwich and a tea separate. I talked to the manager and he apologized and said if I wanted fries it was $2.70. The combo meal is a little over $8 and the way they separated it it was almost $12. What a price gouge! This location should trained better, even the manager! Not customer service oriented….

Food is fine, layout is annoying for dine in customers. I wish they would just let customers walk in the door by the parking lot instead of walking past 2 doors around the building to get in.

The drive through service was fine but the chicken biscuit I had ordered was soaked in frying oil. The biscuit was so soggy, it was inedible. My only option was to eat the chicken without the biscuit. Quality control needs to be improved.

Ordered here everything was great the person taking my order was really sweet I think her name was Madeline. My only issue was I had overheard one of the managers talk very rude and condescending about bagging faster so he doesn’t have to help them which I found very disappointing. I believe his name was Bob

Made a mobile order to this place for dinner on Nov 20th and got food poisoning from eating their spicy chicken sandwich. Fortunately my SO didn't order the same thing I did otherwise both of us would be suffering. Not ordering chicken sandwiches from this location ever again.

I’m really disappointed with this Chick-fil-A location. My order was missing multiple sauces even though I clearly requested them, and the service was extremely slow. Chick-fil-A is usually known for being quick and accurate, but this visit was the complete opposite. I waited way longer than I should have, only to get home and realize my meal wasn’t even prepared correctly.

If this location wants to keep customers coming back, they seriously need to work on speed, organization, and double-checking orders. Very frustrating experience.
