This place is top-tier customer service. I’m sure it’s almost cliché to say that at every Chick-fil-A. But this one stands out, especially in Houston when you have a million and one choices to go grab a bite to eat. By far management by example set the tone for the employees and the employees make this place the perfect spot to come! One of my top 5 Chick-fil-A‘s in the US.

To come to a Chick-fil-A store and I need to see an employed wearing a political shirt, that offend a lot of people, I called to the management to take care of that this is disrespectful.

The cashier was very friendly and patient with me. She was accurate with my order. The lady that handed my food over got my name correct and was smiling. The people that filled the order got the exact amount of sauces right. It was a great experience. I don’t eat out often anymore, but service was great.

Everything was good. Went in for breakfast. Was a little bit crowded but the line to order was moving and I was able to find somewhere to sit.
