Despite being a very busy location, the staff there have done a great job maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant while handling the absurd amount of customers. The food I've gotten here has always been good and the staff have always treated me kindly.

You know guys that chick fil A always godd but this place is even better.
This, like most chick fil a's I've been to is good. The only suggestion would be to dedicate one drive thru lane for online pick ups, like the Alvin location does. It defeats the purpose of ordering online if you have to wait on others to place their orders. I wouldn't knock off any stars for this though, but simply a suggestion of something that works at other locations. Other than that, the service is good. I really like all the activities for families that this location has. To explain how cool the activities are, they are bringing a live reindeer and Santa for Christmas activities. I also love that they are Christian faith based. Although sometimes I crave chick fil a on a Sunday, I'm glad they are closed for their workers to spend with their families.
Love this place but why is your workers working in the cold? Please have them inside. Especially the ones who are taking orders at least. Thank you.

My husband and I we were so excited to have some chick-fil-a since we hadn’t had in a long time I placed a mobile order, the sad thing is that they forgot my son’s 5 count nuggets and of course we were so tired that we didn’t have time to go complain but if we can please double check the bag it be very disappointing after a long day the order isn’t complete and specially having a toddler they are always hungry why didn’t get his nuggets,
I picked up a curbside order and they brought it quickly, but the nuggets I ordered were not hot or fresh.
