I bought spicy SW salad through a drive through on Thursday evening two weeks ago. A beautiful young girl gave it to me. Unfortunately, I discovered the salad was partly rotten and was washed and repackage. There was water and lots of bad lettuce and very little sprinkled dusty chicken. I was so disappointed. I have been an addicted spicy salad customer since 2014. I was so hungry. I thrashed it and vowed never to visit this location again.

Nice people, chicken and bread is super dry. Hasbrowns were really oily. Nothing special. Inside had some weird decor. Some guy was working remotely in one of the booths.

I went here on September 12, at 6:30pm. I go here a lot because I live in the area. I walk in to order a large root beer with no ice and I get served as usual with good manners. I walk outside and try my drink, it is flat, so I walk back in to get it replace. A lady behind the cashier asked what drink and I tell her. As soon as she hears me, so pushes open the kitchen door and proceeds to mock me to another coworker. I was astonished.

Honestly, I don't know what all the hype is about. This was my first time at Chick-fil-A, and I don't understand the annoying traffic clogging lines at all hours of the day for this food. It is good enough. The best thing is that the chicken sandwiches aren't fried and have fresh veggies on them. But the cookies are fire!

My second time buying there after school they do not let me in because “they’re only taking mobile orders” I had to wait outside, it was really hot and they didn’t gave me the sauces that I asked for, also they were letting everybody else in I was the only one waiting for food outside if I could give them a 0 I would. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Team member called Rocio wasn't friendly when I was placing my order. When I asked her for help with the sides to add to my order, she made a face and didn't help as if I had to figure myself out.
It was early in the morning, nobody in the line behind me, she can't be tired and overwhelmed when it's an empty restaurant in the morning.
Therefore, no excuse.
This made my meal I order feel unpleasant. I ate it as if it was tasteless plastic and walked away.
I wouldn't recommend dine-in in this Chick-fil-A branch.

Came in for lunch today and it might be my last time. When I order online I use my points to redeem items on my app and on the receipt it shows it's supposed to be there but this is the 5th time they didn't add the item. Points wasted and I already made complaints to the manager and she seemed to be very oblivious with the situation

Team member called Rocio wasn't friendly when I was placing my order. When I asked her for help with the sides to add to my order, she made a face and didn't help as if I had to figure myself out.
It was early in the morning, nobody in the line behind me, she can't be tired and overwhelmed when it's an empty restaurant in the morning.
Therefore, no excuse.
This made my meal I order feel unpleasant. I ate it as if it was tasteless plastic and walked away.
I wouldn't recommend dine-in in this Chick-fil-A branch.

I am very disappointed by this chick Fil a. They have the slowest lines and poorest customer service of any chick Fil a I’ve been to. Most recently, they offered a free delivery promotion and had not even started WORKING on the order when I called over 45 minutes later. I shouldn’t have been surprised when I called and they made excuses about how “backed up” they’ve been. I won’t be going here again - even though it’s close to where I live. Always frustrating.
