I went here on September 12, at 6:30pm. I go here a lot because I live in the area. I walk in to order a large root beer with no ice and I get served as usual with good manners. I walk outside and try my drink, it is flat, so I walk back in to get it replace. A lady behind the cashier asked what drink and I tell her. As soon as she hears me, so pushes open the kitchen door and proceeds to mock me to another coworker. I was astonished.
Honestly, I don't know what all the hype is about. This was my first time at Chick-fil-A, and I don't understand the annoying traffic clogging lines at all hours of the day for this food. It is good enough. The best thing is that the chicken sandwiches aren't fried and have fresh veggies on them.

Had to update my review. I’ve been going to this Chick-fil-A for over six years. Today was the first time where I received below average customer service. Joseph took my order and acted as if he was upset he was at work. Asked my name I gave it he repeated it was wrong I gave it again. Got to the window it was still wrong but that was the least of the issues. I left feeling like I was an inconvenience.
