Needs to focus on expected quality of food. This new location makes me miss the Chick-fil-A in terminal B sooo much because they paid attention to details and focused on satisfaction vs just getting people subpar food as quickly as possible. They meet standard of most Chik Fila, my only hang up is during breakfast. Compared to other chick fila they seem to want to split your egg whites in 1/2 instead of giving you a full egg white ordered. Other then that pretty standard on what you would expect at any Chik fila
It's why chick fil a is so popular... Consistency. Never been to a bad one. They have tight operational controls, they hand pick the operators, and they focus on customer service.
