Countless time and again, this location has forgotten something from my order, has been extremely slow to deliver my orders and can’t follow simple instructions. For a company who strives themselves on “ACCURACY” they do a pathetic job at the simplest tasks. Genuinely curious as to how they’re still operating. And have attitudes when you have them deliver something they missed… CLOSE DOWN!!!

The person working the window was not helpful at all . I asked for condiments and he said it’s in the bag . I had looked in the bag and nothing was there .

They repeated the order back correct then charged us the completed wrong order and wouldn’t fix it. Then when I got a milkshake it was 70% full and didn’t have any whip or cherry so I asked them for at least some whip cream on it and they just started to laugh among each other and mean mugged us all in the car. Worst customer service tbh

I have to give a huge shoutout to Victor and Bryan at Chick-fil-A. They are the reason I keep coming back! Their customer service is truly one of a kind — warm, attentive, and consistently excellent every single visit.
You don’t find service like that everywhere, and they make every experience feel welcoming and appreciated. Chick-fil-A is lucky to have them!

I ordered a spicy chicken biscuit meal this morning. The biscuit was so fresh and soft, my meal was superb. The hash browns were hot and fresh. I haven't enjoyed a breakfast meal like this in a minute. The biscuit was always a hit or miss, so i started getting it on a bun. I'm definitely be making the extra drive to visit this location. And order it just the way it comes. Thank you
I’ve always seen chick-fil-a as one of the best places with great customer service. Soon as you walk in everyone greets you but this location is different. Girls here are snarky. I asked if the girl I spoke with was the manager and the drive tru girl turned around laughing asking her if she was the manager or not as if she doesn’t know if she is or isn’t. She told other associates I was asking for a manager and they were all laughing when to begin with I didn’t even ask for one. Girls here need to do better. Also slow service. Had to ask for my kids ice cream because she forgot to give it to me.

Everything else is good and fine, but I got a long thick wavy hair that was wrapped around my chicken patty a couple of times. I know its not mine because I have thin straight medium hair and I wouldnt have been able to wrap the hair around the patty before eating it cause i just lifted the top bun to put the sauce. I realized after I took a bite and saw it wrapped around the patty, and I know it was wrapped because I unrolled the patty from the hair after.

I did a mobile order through the drive thru & as I pulled up nobody responded to the speaker after 2 minutes. I had to go in and get it myself
