Definitely not a pleasant experience. When placing my order i asked about scanning my rewards and the cashier at the drive thru said to just do it at the window. Once i arrive at the window before i can finish my sentence the girl at the window (with a ponytail on 12/6/24 @ 9am) cuts me off and rudely turns away from me after just rushing my food into my hand. This isn’t even the first time i’ve had an issue with the customer service, and definitely not the first time they’ve had issues with scanning rewards. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION AT ALL!!! Just go to the one on Wilson if you want decent service.

If I could give no stars I would. I’m never coming to this location again, every time I come here o have to check my bag before leaving. Something is always missing and when I mention I’m always met with an attitude. Hands down the WORST Chick-fil-A franchise.

Today confirmed what I’ve known for quite some time now: this is not the Chick-fil-A location for me. Pros: The exterior of the building was clean (as usual) and the time it took to order and receive my food was more than acceptable. Cons: The person who took my order did not seem too enthused about engaging with me and after receiving my order at the window and thanking an employee for the service, I received a quick look and was ignored. (By the way, I have no doubt that he heard me.) Now, I am definitely not one who expects people to jump through hoops when providing a service. I feel friendliness in its simplest form is more than enough. Nevertheless, I’ve had similar experiences like this at the Summerwood location, and quite frankly, I’m over it. I’ll stick with the Lake Houston location from this point on.

Just left this location and I walked inside to order my 2 kids a meal and myself a banana pudding milk shake. Kimberly asked my name twice and I told her KING placed my order @ 8:11 pm. As I’m waiting at least 10 people who came in after me and placed their orders are already getting their meals and leaving. I ask someone at 8:25 pm about my order and they don’t see it so I give the young lady my receipt and she goes to the screen to see that Kimberly who took my order and asked for my name twice placed my order under king so now I have to wait again now for them to remake my meal only to receive it and notice that the shake I ordered has whip cream on it so I asked for them to remove it. I get my complete meal at 8:35 now so I head home only to find my milk shake leaking and the chicken sandwich that I ordered for my son with no pickles has pickles on it. Horrible experience, I didn’t even get an apology for the long wait on the count of their mistake.

This location is so inconsistent it’s always disappointing. Imagine working a 14 hour shift and craving chick fil just to get the incorrect order for the 6th time. Looks like cereal will do tonight. Unfortunately my go to chick fil a on wallisville rd which is closed due to construction, but that location is possibly the best in all Houston!! Take Notes!

Ordered ONE gallon of tea. waited 20 minutes. Asked about 10 minutes in where the tea was but got cut off my one of the workers who said "it'll be ready when it's ready" which was so rude??? After another 10, when my friends had already gotten and ate their food (ordered after me) I went up again but asked a different guy. He looked, grabbed a gallon from a counter and just handed it to us like nothing. I was right by the counter, they did NOT say my name. Pretty upsetting

This Chick-fil-A should really consider getting trained by the folks at the beltway 8 and Wallisville. I have been coming here since they are renovating the other one and the service is very subpar. It is slowly turning into a McDonalds. They take forever to give you the drinks. No smile in their faces. Not the usual Chick-fil-a experience. Can’t wait for the other one to be completed. 😔

This location has THE SLOWEST drive-thru. Never fails I'm always asked to park to the side and wait some more time for my food.

This location needs to invest money into having police officers on duty for security reasons. They started a new policy where if a person looks like a student, they are only allowed to purchase food but not dine in the restaurant. They are punishing their student clientele because of “incidents” they have had with a few. It is not Christian like to discriminate against the good students of the community because of a few bad apples. To punish the good ones who are simply purchasing their meal after school before practice and not allowing them to dine in; is not okay. There are no signs that indicate that students are not welcomed. The SCHS community brings high revenue dollars to this location, they surely can afford a police officer on duty if they feel it necessary to weed out the inappropriate behavior they claim happen at their restaurant. Put a sign on the door that states “students are not welcome “ if you plan to continue this policy
Follow up: if you say that you do not have this process in place, then why was my son told today after he purchased his food and sat down to eat, that he needed to leave? When he politely asked why he was being asked to leave, he was told, “it is our policy that students can not dine in”
This is unacceptable and again, un christian like. He was not in a big group of students. He was alone.

2 stars because the sweet gentlemen that helped us stood up for himself & his guests. We ordered a stake and eight as he put it in a girl over the radios says “we just ran out of whipped cream so make sure you let everyone ordering ice cream know” no problem, it’s late in the day we said we still wanted the shake. Not 1 minute later the same girls gets back on the radio mind you everyone in the drive through line can hear her and she says “no more ice cream” the gentlemen asked what she meant by that her response was for him to “make up a lie” so to not sell anymore Ice cream. He was quick to ask if they’d still make our order since he had already submitted our order and we had paid. We got our order but the unprofessional really made us not want to come back to this location.

This location is so SLOW. Literally in the morning and afternoon. I think it’s because they are short staffed. I’m not saying this to bash them, i truly just want them to improve! Nobody should be waiting 15-20 minutes for food at a fast food restaurant. This is the only location that I’ve seen be this slow. We can let one or two days slide, but almost every morning? Do better please.
