I usually don't eat at Chick-fil-A but I read you offer Pup Cups. What a smart idea. Good branding.So I loaded up the dog and headed over for lunch. Guess what? No Pup Cup. Of course I did not find out until I had already ordered and paid.Now I sit here with a sandwich I don't really care for thinking about what I could have had. Lessons learned.

I visited chick - fil - a on 1/10/2023 at 1:30. I ordered with Jaxon at the front counter and he is one of the nicest most attentive customer service employee’s i have had the pleasure of ordering from in a long time! Throughout the entire order he displayed a level of care that went above and beyond the typical Chick - fil - a my pleasure and throughout the whole interaction he never lost his smile! Keep Jaxon around!
Do not come here for lunch!! It's super packed and service is very slow. Wasted my lunch hour waiting multiple times thinking it was a one off.
