This location use to be a great experience, but today was the WORST chick fil an experience ever. We are a football family. My sons one night off, I let him pick his favorite meal, chick fil a. I definitely should have stopped on Summerwood. Not only did they forget to put food in the bag, but after getting home. Getting comfortable and logging in to work, we realize we have everything except the spicy chicken sandwich. No huge deal. I call, and the manager gets an attitude as if it’s my fault. Then proceeds to tell me I have to come in to the store, as if the transaction couldn’t be done in the window. We were drive through for a reason. But this is protocol for chic til a? After inconveniencing the drive thru customer , have them come in and inconvenience them more. Then when the employee asked could they give warm fries, she says no? Apparently her name is Rhonda Lott, and she needs to be retrained on customer experience. Remember, the call would not happen if the order we paid for was in our bag. Do better #02826. Even the employees were confused on the lack of customer service.

I have the same experience here as McDonalds.. Food is awful, I keep trying to get my breakfast as I work early through the night. So I want to eat and go to bed. BUT... oh no why do these people think eating and drinking while working the drive thru window is ok? It is not! I worked fast food for years and that was a big NO NO! Food is awful, tots were soggy and over cooked so they taste like cold grease. And again the attitude... Im sorry but if you cannot say good morning with a half A$$ smile then you are in the wrong business. My order at this spot is 8 out of 10 times the wrong biscuit. I cant do it anymore.
NOT GIVING ANY MORE OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY TO THESE PLACES ANY LONGER. I can pay for abuse anywhere!

8/23/24- went through here a few times the past month. Each time wasn't a great experience. Didn't know you could have a bad experience from chick-fil-a. This last time through the drive through the lady at the windows to hand you your food seemed lost & confused. They shorted me my fry. I called several times and nobody answered. I finally left a vm and never got a call back. I won't be coming back to this location.
