Probably the least friendliest Chick-fil-A on the northside of Houston by far! Cashier was rude and nobody was being helped for about 6 min. I politely asked the young lady working for my to go order and she responded with a nasty look on her face saying “it’s not ready yet” 8/27 9:30 AM

This is for the “Director” guy in white business shirt working the DT 8/26. You are not personable at all, and lack customer service skills. You are not leading by example, and why are you even working the DT lanes? Was Your whole objective
to show them how low your service times could be? That has to be it. No empathy, no customer service skills just “here maam, here’s your food and have a great day.” I witness you ask the car in front of me why she didn’t use her debit card with the girls taking orders (slowed your service time by 2 seconds, which is why it bothered you) and the girl added an additional item on my ordered but instead of just having your manager quickly refund me for it you had me to come inside ( bc it messed up your perfect time)… now ask your girls how many times per week my son grabs his food before school for the last 4 years. They know him BY NAME… I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS LOCATION AGAIN. Service time over good customer service in 2025, smh

Out of 100 orders that I’ve placed here recently the chicken started coming out chewy and stringy . Not fresh at all . I decided to call for a refund and was told would get rewarded back into my account but never saw anything . Bad customer service will never go here again . Will gladly drive past this one to to a different location . 100% worth it

The establishment is clean. When I walked in i was greeted with a welcoming and friendly demeanor. Ordering food was very simple and the workers are attentive with making sure their guest are having a pleasant dine in experience. I must say I went to other chick-fli-a and experience some negative under tone and no patience just rushing no interaction, however that was not the case here. Will recommend 10/10

I came through the drive-thru and was served by Mariah this morning. She was so kind and professional. Paid attention to detail. My son who is almost 8 said that she deserves a raise. 😃

This experience was horrible. They forgot my whole sandwich and then didn’t apologize and acted like if I was trying to lie to them mind you I went all the way home and then realized that the sandwich was missing horrible customer service they need to shut down that location.

What is the point of wearing gloves, if the person wearing them (handling food) keeps touching and scratching their head/hair? When I inquired as to the reason for the gloves, I was met with the response of “handling food.” When I asked what’s the point if she kept touching her hair, I was met with passive aggressive retaliation. (Having my drinks and food shoved at me. Witnessed by my daughter.) I called the store and was met with an equally passive aggressive interaction by an individual who claimed to be one of the shift supervisors. @TylerPierotti @chickfila Is this now part of the training protocol? Should this be brought to the attention of inspectors?

Excellent service, and the food matched for a great experience!! The collard greens were my favorite! Came with my family as a suggestion, didnt disappoint! Strongly recommend!

This location constantly screws up my orders, you would think for the price they charge they could at least get your order right. I eat at chickfila a lot, several times a week but I wouldn't reccomend this location
