I ordered food at Cypress Creek PKWy 430 today. When I received my order, I discovered I was missing three chicken nuggets. I ordered 12, but they only gave me 9. So I went to ask the staff for the three. One of the staff members' attitude made me very uncomfortable. After checking my chicken nuggets, she turned around and threw them in the trash. Chick-fil-A stays undefeated—and I’m not mad about it.
I ordered the original chicken sandwich meal, added cheese and lettuce, and it hit exactly the way it’s supposed to. The chicken was hot, juicy, and perfectly seasoned, the bun was soft (not sad or soggy), and the lettuce and cheese gave it just enough extra without messing with the classic vibe. Sometimes “don’t do too much” is the right choice—and Chick-fil-A knows that.
