Can y'all please make it more obvious which lane is the mobile thru?? I'm tired of being stuck behind people in the wrong lane waiting to get their order taken. I literally received my food but the person in front of me is ordering from someone in the mobile thru! I don't want to wait behind someone ordering in person in the mobile thru! Tell them to go back around or something. That's bull crap! It's supposed to be fast!

I went o the location at Meyer Park Center and order a side salad. I ask for 3 eggs to be added why they gave me 3 half of eggs meaning it came out to be 1 and a half egg and payed for the eggs $2.18 for 1egg and a half. Every time I go to this dame location it’s always something wrong with my food. I wish I could add the pictures I would. This is the worst location I have ever been to..

I normally get drive through but I ate inside today. Love the new look- very welcoming. Marcus was the inside attendant and he was SO nice and attentive and helped with my trash and got me a refill. He was checking in with everyone around, making conversation and a very kind soul. Everyone go see Marcus!

Chick-fil-A is one of the highly screwed up restaurant chain there's to go packing is ridiculous, horrible and pathetic neither the restaurant chain has any common sense when fries are packed they are warm and generate hot steam which damages the paper package and restaurant staff refused to pack it properly.

I completed mobile drive-through this morning and followed the usual process. As I drove up, I scanned the QR code for mobile pick-up and then pulled around to the designated pick-up area. After waiting several minutes, a car pulled in behind me and was immediately served their order.

When the staff member handling the line approached me, she asked for the name on my order. After I told her, she quickly said she didn’t have an order under that name and walked away. Moments later, she looked next to her station, noticed my order sitting there, and returned to say it had been “stuck in the system.” She handed me the bag with my name clearly printed on it.

Instead of apologizing, she gave me a condescending, “I hope you have a great day,” and walked off while talking under her breath. The experience felt dismissive and rude. To make matters worse, there was a sausage biscuit sandwich in the bag that I did not order, which likely belonged to another customer.

While I did end up receiving my order (along with food I didn’t ask for), the service was unprofessional, and the handling of the situation left a negative impression.

Went through drive through to grab breakfast just a few moments ago. I am leaving this review because I am in hospitality and the ownership should know how their management is engaging with their guests. Upon receiving my order in a very timely manner i asked the Hispanic gentleman manager (he was dressed in a button up so i assumed some sort of manager or shift lead) for some ketchup for my order he brought it out and I told him thank you so much and have a great day he looked me in my eyes and said nothing back. Now I know this is a small thing, but it’s not it’s a huge thing because I know your brand. You guys are the fast food king of hospitality. Today at your meyerland location however, the hospitality was NON EXISTENT!

I’m disappointed with how the management operates at this location. I personally know someone who worked here and heard firsthand how the supposed manager, Daisy, speaks to employees—completely unprofessional. On top of that, the customer service was slow and unwelcoming. I do not recommend this location. Take your business elsewhere.
