Food has been sloppily prepared the past few times even when not busy. I dont know if I am going to get a thin dry filet or a thick one that still isnt tender but very rubbery. Breading falls off the chicken easily. The past few times the cheese wasnt even melted and felt cold when I bit into it. I had to stop going to this location

We weren't even done ordering and the employee left us to get a donut. The manager asked him if he wanted a donut donut and he walked away. We havent even paid yet. See camera for details 4/4/24 7:00pm range.We were left unattended for 5 min. They also forgot our sauces. To tell you the food was delivered to us before we even got to pay. Didn't even feel like the Lord's chicken, Didn't feel blessed. It tasted okay. I do not recommend this Chick-Fil-A.

This is the worst Chick-fil-a I've ever been to and I grew up on chick-fil-a... The employees seem annoyed and don't know how to make the fries or they'll forget them altogether. Never had so many mess ups from this franchise. I've had to flat out go into the store after parking and waiting for food from drive thru. This place has turned me off the chain altogether. Only good thing about them is the ice cream machine is always working.
