The in and out set up is dangerous. They make you pull up and wait for your food in the Wells Fargo parking lot. Then they walk it out to you. Meanwhile Wells Fargo customer are trying to get in and out. Most importantly I ordered honey mustard sauce they have me honey roasted. Do not recommend this location. 12-3-24

Consistently the worst CFA I've ever been to. First of all, it's a pain in the ass to get into and out of. Then, almost every time I get to the window, they tell me to make a U-turn to park and wait - even when there's NOBODY BEHIND ME. When they do that, they also sometimes forget to give me the drink up-front, and then forget to bring the drink when they walk over with the food. They also sometimes forget the condiments, or even get the order wrong (cheese when I said no cheese). Also, the food is cold more often than other locations. (~15-20% instead of almost never) Also, much slower overall through-put than any other location.

I hope the owner does a manager change the morning manager (vanessa) does a horrible job making sure order get out on time i order online and after waiting for 30 min they let me know they out of biscuits when they should have put my order aside the moment i made it , i worked at chick fil a before and mu managers never allowed this to happen mobile orders are a priority not the last u take care of i have an appointment that now im late to because their service is so horrible . I get that im not in the best area on town but chick fil a is about satisfaction guaranteed and for the looks of it this one in specific got a lot of improving to do specially when it comes to costumer service the manager is sitting there gossiping with the the team members manager and making a random team member handle situations she should be handling

Showed up at 12:15 on a Tuesday for lunch. I stood in line for 35 minutes while two cashiers worked the registers, one of the guys (Abe I think) just did not want to take orders, he kept walking away and trying to do little things like get ice or run orders out meanwhile there must have at least 100 customers swiftly taken care of in drive through.
This restaurant, as well as kirkwood, Eldridge, dairy Ashford and many other in Houston have all fallen off and stopped taking care of customers first inside the building. It seems ever since COVID pandemic started, the owners in Houston have all collaborated together and decided to eliminate dine-in 2nd mile service inside their restaurants and you only get good customer service in drive through. It’s like they intentionally designed their restaurants this way now because they don’t want customers to come dine-in.
It’s crazy, you travel to Dallas up 45 and go to the Corsicana and Ennis locations at lunch, it’s like all the chick-fil-a’s didn’t get hit by the pandemic. They’re still WOWING customers bringing food out before we even finish getting our straws at the condiment stand.
Until the owner of this location actually shows up to his restaurant and takes a look at the disaster himself (I’ve ate here a million times since 2007, never seen him once here, at kirkwood or dairy Ashford) I will not be going to chick fil a to sit down to eat as I clearly am not welcome to receive good customer service.

very sorry Chic Fil A. never had service like this sorry location. never received my food. went in for refund never tried to make it right. sat 30 minutes for nothing. yall make the franchise look terrible i’ve never seen service like the service given today. will never go back.
Usual excellent standard from Chicj-fil-A. The kids loved the play area. We ordered from the table, fiod came put great, we had to chase up for the drinks but they got it right.

Service in the drive-thru is bad... no condiments with the chicken wrap, dried shredded chicken, crusty tortilla, and no napkins... it's a given to ask and provide for meal requests...
