Why does everyone who works here act as if giving out sauce comes out of their check? Every single time I go here, I never get sauce! Today I actually waited in line patiently again to get my sauce and the girl still want to give attitude and saying she only saw 1 honey mustard requested.. I felt like saying ok and I DIDNT EVEN GET THAT! which was a lie because I triple check when order on app and I DID jot down sauces I wanted. Plus the soup they gave me was not packaged right and seeped through the bag onto my car! Rudeness on top of it really just tops the cake tho. Never going back!

I went to the Chick-fil-A near sam Houston and they mess up my order. I ask for the 30 nuggets pieces they charged me $20 and gave me only 10 stripes 😤

I didn’t put no stars on the food or the service the person that assist me she said if we do a survey, we can get a hottest spicy for free so my son did it and even we show approve they would do the survey so my son could get the sandwich for free at this lady her name it’s Gisele and she told me that she was a manager. She didn’t wanna do the free sandwich. She was rude. She was in professional. I will not never let my people go to this location. bad customer service More if they come in from a manager that she supposed to be nice. To the customers because of the end of the day, customer service go first, and I’m at Macy’s vendor at Memorial city Mall that’s why we got five stars because of the good customer service that we give to the customer customer service go first that’s why Chick-fil-A it is what it is because of us as a customer but this Chick-fil-A location do bad customer service and Gisele the manager, she never said to us my pleasure not even a thank youwhen we order our original food and even I ask her about HR number Inc. number because she’s not gonna do that to my son and I’ll be in charge to spoke to HR corporate about the manager that they have in that location is not a professional manager to be there. Her name is Gisele and I’m gonna be in charge to put those of stars that I got down because that’s bad customer service. I don’t know how you can have that kind of people working in that location has a manager.
I did the Survey, and they didn’t want to give me the food, just cause the survey said “24 hours “ usually at other chick fil a they’ll Honor it, they lady serving me was going to do it until the manger showed up “Giselle “ said that they couldn’t do it

Fabiola took my order this morning first by misidentifying my gender. I'm a guy and she called me Mam. Then she never got my name right the bag says Craig and well that's not me. Also her fake politeness just came of disingenuous. There are other chik fil a everywhere I just won the this one again. She didnt even care.
