I placed a mobile order , family bundle , my fries were not good , then I didn’t get none of my sauces. I called the store and no one answered. I was very disappointed.

As I’m waiting to get my order Linda or Lindsay blue collar shirt was just talking & giggling to her coworker about some new milk …..in front of my face instead handing me my food. Then she had a nasty attitude ma’am I just wanted my food and sauces

Ordered a chicken sandwich no pickles got on with pickles on went inside and told them the mistake they took my sandwich which I had touch and handed it back to the kitchen and gave me a new sandwich I worked for them years ago with the company and told that not how chickfila want it done the girl up front said that how we do it over here unacceptable you either throw sandwich away or let the customers have how it was hait never resell it so disappointed in hpw it was handle
this location charged me for food I did not receive.. Instead of canceling the order, they charged me and I have been trying to get my money back for 9 days.. Do NOT pay for your food here until you receive it or they will steal from you.
