We happen to arrive at the drive through at 10:00 PM and the worker on shift was extremely rude and we were stopped once again while trying to pass the drive through and they tried to apologize to us but they were laughing at us and even referred us to a Mc Donald's nearby. Its very sad that such a good fast food chain can have employees that can be so disrespectful

I've had multiple incidents with this chick fil a in particular when it comes to receiving chick fil a sauce. The first incident is when I ordered a chick fil a sandwich meal I asked if I could get some chick fil a sauce and she gave me a dirty look and said I can only get one when I ordered a sandwich and large fry. The next incident is when I ordered the same exact thing and this time they gave me 2 of the chick fil a sauces and then I asked if I could get 1 bbq sauce and they told me I had to return the sauces I was previously given in order to receive bbq sauce. As a paying customer I feel like I should be able to receive the amount of sauce requested because at every other chick fil a I've been to I have never had this issue. Customer service is subpar and highly recommended to stay away from this location

I went there today to grab a lunch before my next class. It was delicious the food was prepared well and fresh. Even though this Chick Fil A is for Most UHD student it was a great place to eat. The service was proficient and I would definitely come back there again.
