I’ve had my order placed incorrectly several times now, and then charged at the window to correct it. Not cool and I end up paying more. When I tried to discuss with the “manager” she wanted me to go back out to my car and bring my food back in. That is a hygienic issue, as well as poor customer service. I’m disappointed, I’ve usually had better experience at other locations.

I frequent this CFA because it’s close to where I work but beware. This is probably the slowest branch in all of Houston. Doesn’t matter what time of day. Even early in the morning. Expect a 15+min wait. Really wish there was some sense of urgency amongst their employees. I’m sure I’m not the only one with this complaint.

5 cars or more were serviced at the drive thru while waited for my one basic sandwich. In total, I wanted just under 15 minutes. Not pleased with service.

The quality of chick fil a has really declined since they switched their chicken product. The chicken is gristly, tough, and every time you order from this location to go you only receive about half your fry order. Don’t recommend.

Is it my imagination or has Chick-fil-A gotten worse lately? The food here is not as good as I would expect. Two chicken nuggets I had to throw out because they were so full of gristel. The fries were soft and mealy like they had been cooked a long time before I ordered them. And the employees were not like how I expect Chick-fil-A employees to be. Overall I would have been better off going to the Sonic next door.
Everything is excellent. Excellent staff treatment. Everything neat and tidy. Excellent place to eat and work. By the way, I applied to work and I'm waiting in the name of God.

Few orders in a row where the order was wrong and I have to check it before I leave. Whether its size, sweet/unsweet tea, missing items or your large fries looks like a small, there is always something. Used to be a good branch.
