As someone that loves Chick-fil-A, this particular experience at this location was absolutely despicable. Imagine placing an online group pickup order for dinner, and then receiving everything wrong.
We placed an order that was a total of about 35$ give or take, and placed it for pickup. When we arrived at the location, not only was the order NOT ready for pickup, they didn’t even start it. I had also ordered my birthday gift of my shake, but when I didn’t receive it, the person told me that I would only get an ice cream, even though I verified with my Chick-fil-A app that I had claimed a shake not ice cream. The person was somewhat rude and dismissive and didn’t feel like they wanted to help. The order, not being ready had to be prepared and they told us to park in the pickup spots. The manager then came out and gave us a hard time and only 3 drinks in his hand. He gave us our drinks and then told us that was it. We had to tell him over and over that we didn’t receive any of our food. He had such bad customer service that we had to continually prove to him we had no food and have been waiting for over 30 minutes. At this point he even asked us to go back into the line and wait again. Being upset, we told that was unacceptable and he said he would bring the food out to us. After another 15 minutes of wait, they brought the food, but everything in the bag was still wrong, and if I hadn’t checked the bag in the parking lot, we would have left with less than what we paid for, and with bad customer service. We had to AGAIN provide proof of our order to finally get what we paid for, and all without saying that there wasn’t even an apology for the mistake, or even a traditional “my pleasure”. If I were to say that I was gonna order again from this location, definitely know that I’m probably starving, but aside from that, this has set a terrible precedent for all Chick-fil-A experiences. Definitely a “bad taste” in my mouth. And there wasn’t even any consolation as well.

I must say, this Chick-fil-A experience has been the best! The staff was attentive not just to my wife and me, but to everyone in the restaurant. They truly make you feel special.

So, I Pull up to the drive thru . No other vehicle in line or site. When I get to the window I was asked to pull forward to stop sign. By then there were three vehicles behind me . Well the third vehicle get their order then the second , and then the last. So, my food never came by now I want a refund . After all of this unsatisfied customer service. I go inside the store there I was offered my food . Instead I asked for a refund 3 to 5 business I was told . This store here is by far the only store I have every been to with horrible customer service...

Food was great. Fries were crispier than usual. Best staff at a Chick-fil-A I've been to. Very friendly and helpful. Also, there was a Dancing Cow dressed as Santa! Amazing location

Great food!
Terrible service. Chick fil a typically does well and this was my first experience that was negative.
Ordered curbside pickup and half my order was missing. Went through the drive thru and asked for the other half of my order. Afterwards, I was given half of my missing order, having to ask again for the missing half.
It made the experience very difficult.

I don’t typically write a lot of reviews, but after my third experience today, just a fair warning for those who order curbside.
Today was the third time that I sat outside for more than 10 minutes waiting for my order when the app said that someone was on their way.
The thing is that a team member came out three times to give other orders, but they never thought it was odd that I was still there.
I went in all three times to get my order.. my suggestion is to do pick up and not waste your time with curbside.

We orderd our lunch for whole family at the curveside pickup but they didn't give any straws at all. There is no way to drink coffee and tea. Also I ordered unsweeten tea but it was sweeten one. Wish they can double check before hand it to customers.

I'm not asking them for free, they always do the same with my breakfast bowl ? if they don't have any. Food to order because they make it but don't give me incomplete food
The grilled chicken I had today was not it! It was hard and seemed undercooked
You can never go wrong with chick fil a lol they got me in and out the drive thru quick
