The quality on this location has gone down so much. These fries are super greasy and I understand fries are deep fried but there’s a difference when the fries are fresh and the oil is clean compared to this. I got home and not one one single sauce was in my bag despite being written down on my receipt. The Chick-fil-A experience is not the same anymore specially not at this location.

So today 09/12/24 at 5:25pm me and my family decided to dine in for dinner as I the cashier was getting my drink ready I observed a cockroach on the counter crawling I informed her and she informed another employee who came and killed it , I went to find a seat for me and my family when they brought my order I noticed they had gotten my order wrong, I had ordered two number ones and one spicy delux . I had received 2 spicy delux and just one number one. I took one of they spicy deluxe back and I observed it being trash I waited for my regular chicken sandwich and was told to go sit, they brought me a regular delux so it was wrong again I went back to tell them and they threw it in the trash again . I finally got my reg chicken sandwich just to go back to my table and noticed the spicy delux that was meant for my husband was a regular deluxe chicken sandwich. Such a waist of food and none of the employees apologized for anything. I will be driving to another location to get my Chick-fil-A fix. .

Came in for a late lunch and placed our order at the drive thru and the cashier taking our order was very dry, but not impolite. A few seconds after receiving our order, she just walks away from my vehicle with my card without saying anything. She then speaks to another employee and then comes back over and asks me to give the whole order. No problem I said and repeated the order. She gives my card back and I swipe to complete the transaction. I pull forward in the line and another employee comes up and asks for payment. I told her that I just paid with the previous person and I point over to where the first employee was so she could verify. Instead they go back to the window to discuss with someone else. Then, comes back a second time and says that I haven't paid. When I get to the window, I'm told again thay I didn't pay. I tell them that I did, just go talk to the FIRST PERSON. Now, I have to pull out my phone and show the transaction completed from my banking app. The cashier rolls her eyes and just hands the food over. Not one person in this entire line apologized for their error once. I'm not sure if this is what Chick Fil A counts as service, but clearly this is not what I expected. Won't be going back to that location ever again. Do better Chick Fil A
