I ordered two spicy chicken biscuit meals with egg and pepper jack cheese added to both and they only gave me the chicken, egg, and pepper jack cheese. That's right. THEY DIDN’T GIVE ME THE BISCUITS FOR MY BISCUIT MEAL. They put the chicken, egg, and pepper jack cheese in the kale bowl containers. Why would anyone order a spicy chicken biscuit without the biscuit????

Unfortunately was skipped in the drive thru line this morning, after being told by (assuming) the manger who was training someone, that the chick fli a employee who was three cars ahead taking orders will come take my order, but did the 3 cars behind me instead. I even came to the intercom to try and place my order.

The food is typical, but this service is the slowest I've every experienced, the drive thru is stagnant, the people working are twiddling there finger just chilling there's no urgency to hurry up and get this food out or anything, I always kick myself coming to this location trying to get breakfast before work, I should know better 🥲 only come here when you got nothing but time to spare
