Really disappointed with the service here. Chick-fil-A is usually known for being quick and friendly, but this location was the complete opposite. The staff seemed unorganized, my order took way too long, and when I finally got it, it wasn’t even correct. Definitely not the level of service I expected.

Went here today around 7:50ish through the drive thru. There were two lanes open and I saw only one lane with a bunch of cars and one girl taking the orders . So I decided to go to the empty lane to order from the intercom bc that’s the reason why they have it right. Common sense. Well the only girl taking the orders gave me a nasty attitude to go back she threw her arms in the air and shook her head. Like if it was my fault that the workers themselves weren’t capable of putting a cone to block of the other lane and there was a million ways to tell me to go back in a respectful way. Probably one of the rudest chic fil a I’ve ever been to. Won’t be back here. Some people aren’t meant for customer service

My Cobb salad with cold fillet barely had any chicken and doesn’t even have the whole boiled egg…the box was basically filled with Romain lettuce…😒 it’s supposed to be 36 grams of protein..it probably wasn’t even 5grams..I haven’t bought chicken sandwiches aand I’m never gonna buy salads from chick fila …sorry not sorry..😑 how they just gonna give me a box full of lettuce…
