The service was horrible! This is drive up Chick-fil-A. The poor employee was new, nervous, alone, taking orders. You know thing got crazy quick. His line was so long, they stopped making orders for his lane. I waited 20 minutes only to get lied too. The lane next me had fifteen car get their food. I was told it would be a while only for them to park me. Then when I went up to figure out what's the problem. The told me that I disappeared. My car was just pulled ahead of the lane. (I'm black) this is a mostly Latin are, they found the only black employees to tell me I drove off, and they where waiting of regular sandwiches, so I had to wait. ( Sorry about that) all while the other employees set back to watch the exchange. The employee wasn't even the manager, an I asked for one. But this is going further. I'm contacting corporate operations. If you look at the reviews. Clearly they have problems!

Chick fil a is known for their customer service, but not this one. We got there with a couple cars in front and the guy was having issues with is iPad so it took longer then usual. We asked for cups of water for our order and he immediately said small. We said yes sure. When we were driving to get the food a worker just crossed right in front while the car was moving (pretty scary). Then to top it off the small cups they gave us did not have lids! This is the first time ever I go through a drive through restaurant and do not get a cup with lids. Come on we are driving the drinks will spill. I asked the girl if she can give us a cup and her answer was sorry we don’t have that unless you want to upgrade your drink. Go to a different chick fil a, one that cares for your business.

The girl taking orders was too busy chatting with the car in front of me that the boy working the lane next to her had to take my order, only to keep waiting because this girl was still laughing and chatting with the car ahead of me!!!!! TERRIBLE experience never again.

We were asked to pull into the lines and wait up to 7 minutes for our order, so I did just that… parked in between the lines in the parking space, but I didnt just park, I reverse parked facing the drive thru and left the car on. Waited 25 minutes before the lady that pulled us forward came up to our car and told us “Oh we thought you left after I asked you to park on the striped lines” then laughed…

We pulled back around into the drive thru. When our car was next, the lady looked at us, then walked right past us & went to the car behind us. When she was walking back to the window, we had to get her attention because she once again walked right past us. After being helped by a manager, we explained the situation. She apologized, and in the end after asking for a refund & to have the cold food (we were running behind- now- to a family function), we were offered free food cards for future use elsewhere instead.

Employees are rude some not all. I asked this employee to charge me a soda gave me smart ass answer and when I returned the attitude she proceeded to still give me attitude and and walk away angry.

Do not order from this place especially delivery. They mess up your order and refuse to give any refund. First time partial order second time no delivery at all door dash driver also terrible. Gloria H., the manager, is also terrible not friendly or helpful.

Never had seamless experience at this location. Today my fries were soggy and so high in salt that if I were a heart patient, my kids would be writing this review.
Chicken was extremely under cooked.

Just choose a different location, otherwise theres a Raising canes right beside it.

If im paying for my meal i would like too get what i ordered this is unprofessional and should be under u i like chicken fil a for there customers service but this place not only gave me my wrong order it was smaller then what I originally ordered only reason i didn’t complain is because they where packed and i didn’t want to wait in line again i understand yall are having a rush but i much rather wait a little longer then not get my correct order and pay more money thank you

Stopped by for the first time at this location. It was on my way . Ordered a 4 pc chicken strip meal, and a kale salad on the side. Meal was hot and everything was perfect. The kale salad… a bug in it. ? Glad I I seen it, and did not eat it. Please check salad before .
