I had the disastrous fortune of going to the place where it says they close at 10 and it was 9:10 pm and the afternoon-night manager didn't feel like helping me and told me that I had to go by car in a rude manner. I recommend this place at night, it is truly a complete disappointment that people like this give this type of business a bad look.

Out of all my years of going to Chick-fil-A and getting extra excellent service, today I was disappointed. I placed an order for carry out through the mobile app. The app notified me whenI was in the store that my order was ready. I proceeded to walk up to the front and the guy working at the register completely ignored me for like 15 minutes. .Going to go refill drinks pick up trays giving other orders. Two other workers popped up completely ignoring me. Also, I swear I thought I was a ghost for a second. I had to speak up and say and say hey! , is that my order on the counter which it turns out to be true. Two out of the three workers were actual managers, truly it was just sad and disappointing. I'm glad this Chick-fil-A is not by my area and I was just passing by because I will not be returning.

Update: went through near ten pm, but ordered via app. No fries, after wait for sandwich. I'm sure that they would make it right if I could get a hold of anyone. And mailbox full. Corporate suggests just going by. Wonder if they are buying the gasoline? Previous: Forgot the dessert in the kid meal.
