Chick-fil-a is always amazing. This place is great and I wanted to give a shout out for Ryan who took our order in the drive through. He was amazing and got all the details of our 7 person order perfectly. This location has amazing staff!

Man I came as a dasher went to the pick up spot greeted and ignored by the whole store then the girl changed trash instead of helping me then proceeded to help three other customers for refills without washing her hands then proceeds to look at me then look away to help another then when I said something about it she gave me the food with attitude with out the drunk n said something rude in Spanish to her manager or other co worker that another customer found very funny then accused me in Spanish of lying not knowing my bilingual significant other was present this just like all reviews don’t matter because reasons like this I won’t even accept door dash orders mind u I also didn’t get a straw or any good customer service what so ever

The service at this place is great, I don’t think I’ve ever been at another chick fil A where the workers come out from behind the counter to walk around the tables and ask people if they are ready for refills or more sauce… offering full table service at fast food restaurants shows how great the workers are here

The same excellent food and service as any other Chick-fil-A but with something extra: magical Christmas lights! We went to their tree lighting and ran into an issue with wheelchair accessible parking: they had set up their event tent on one of the only two handicap parking spots. The entire parking lot was full and I do have a teenager who uses a wheelchair so I asked for help and the problem was fixed quickly. I hope someone sees this and remembers to keep those handicap parking spaces open during events or add more accessible parking and crosswalks or maybe a drop off solution. A crosswalk that cuts across the drive thru would be nice if we have to park on the Walmart side. Currently it's not as safe or possible for us to park further away.

isnt there supposed to be more people outside , Terrible Service The dude named robert was extremely rude to my mom I was gon to get out and Say something . Chickfila ya right feels more like mcdonalds . Worst chickfila Ive ever been to . We go to one in Channelview considerd the hood and Its way better service and Way better . Dont come here . They had No food in stock at all
I must admit that I’m writing this comment to congratulate the franchise operators on th excellent Christmas lights which are absolutely adorable. Was eating right across and appreciated the look, definitely was well thought and executed. Kudos and keep up the good work!

The Peppermint shake was lacking Peppermint flavor compared to last year and are their brownies shrinking ?

Worst Chic Fil A I have ever been. I ordered a grill chicken burrito for bkfast. The tortilla was hard and tasted old. Inside there was very little content, barely chicken at all and looked like the tortilla was almost too big which is surprising becuse this burritos are always very well served. I was on the drive thru for around 8 min before I could get to the window. When they handed my food the girl and I asked what was going on she just smiled and turned around without giving me any reply.
