Sad how they are not having proper costumer service and not coping with food maintenance..Ive just bought 2 chicken and hashbrown only burritos..One of the burritos pieces of the food tasted old like a cavity flavor..The rest of the pieces didnt taste like that..!!Why would yall do that and also the male employees responsible to take orders outside are just sitting down inside their little locker with head down and not walking to the costumers to place their orders! IF A PERSON IS WORKING AT A RESTAURANT THEY NEED TO FIRST LEARN HOW TO HAVE PROPER COSTUMER SERVIC3 AND ALSO...Be clean while they prepare the restaurant food..We are all humans and are not sopposed to be getting eachother sick..Is Even more dangerous for childr3n to end up getting sick..:(

so. here it is my. comment about this chick fill a this time they went all out with the christmas decorations. so if i have to call. which one is doing better decorations. definitely you win the trophy for real. love the food love the service love the sweet tea and. of course love the christmas decorations yes you guys are amazing love the christmas spirit makes me smile

My manager had ordered us Chick-Fil-A through the app and delivery. As I was drinking my lemonade I felt something hard…turns it out it was a nail!! Truly disgusting and unsanitary. As you can clearly see I have my nails done so in no way could it have been mine. I called and the manager said I would only get another lemonade and sweet treat. How about a refund?? I don’t understand why I would want another lemonade after that terrible experience.

Ordered through the app to be picked up, I received my order and drove back to the office just to find part of my order missing. called the store to see if they could deliver it, since it was impossible for me to go back, plus it was a mistake by the store the least they could do was to make it right. Whover, I spoke to said they couldn't do that so ok, fine I asked for a refund, but no that's not possible either so now I'm hungry, and angry and 50 dollars broker.

Chick-fil-A is always good. It caught my attention in this restaurant that the tables were either busy or dirty. We changed tables several times because they felt greasy. But everything else very good

As I look at the reviews I see that I am not the only one having problems with the delivery service. Sad that you have an app that asks questions in great details but then you don’t deliver with the same detail of service. Called in and explained that I didn’t receive sauces with my order and the first person that I spoke with told me to deal with it and that she was not going to send a driver out to replace or deliver sauces. She transferred me to a leader/manager who clearly had an attitude. Phone was disconnected twice and when I called back, she blamed me! This location definitely works. The end result was to offer a credit for the sandwich and fries but there is no regard to the inconvenience. I guess gone are the days where customer service is a priority.

Horrible customer service, I called to complain about my order that I always order the #1 not pickles, and the management tells me that I did not order them because they do not appear on the receipt, that according to her all the employees repeat the order, and it is not the first time that they give it to me wrong, and many times I have to wait on the side of the restaurant while they do it again, I ordered my drinks and they were all just sparkling water, and she says really?? She thinks I am calling to complain so she can give me the order for free or what?? If you could check my history you would know that the times I have complained about something are few, and I would not mind if she did not replace my food or drinks, but if she doubts my word, that is something I do not allow anyone to do. And there is no less than zero because that is what they deserve
