I’m really disappointed in this ChickFilA. I just came here for dinner. The drinks weren’t marked, so we had to ask which was which. The staff member came back with the drinks marked, but one of the drinks wasn’t what we had ordered. Then, when I went to eat my fruit cup, I realized I hadn’t been given a spoon. Minor issues, I know. But, a correctly prepared order shouldn’t be something the customer has to work so hard for. What’s going on? I hope this isn’t an indication of poor training or declining service levels.
Honestly just ready the name.of this place is enough to let you know it's gonna be good. Never stops amazing me, how they are so fast and food is still good!! ☺️ Happy place for sure
Very inconvenient only large booth available was taken by one employee, chatting on the phone seating in an inappropriate way. I think tables should be prioritized for costumers and staff should have their break in a different area.

It’s always something missing in my DoorDash Oder idk who is but either they forgot my drinks and this time even the bun was missing on my chicken sandwich smh and is ridiculous because I pay almost 50 dollars I call the restaurant and they can’t do nothing because is doordash I call DoorDash and they can even open and check if it’s correct smh get it together you guys I pay for everything I expect my Oder to be right thank you
