Horrible customer service at the chic fil a at 45 and west rd.Cold foid and when I checked my bag and informed the girl the cookie I paid for. Was not in the bag.She asked for the bag back so she check herself. Like I'm gonna lie about a freaking cookie.This place is horrible, and the food was cold.Go elsewhere, you've been warned.

This location used to be great, however it has quickly turned into a terrible one. Ordered nuggets and they gave them to me stale, and with the breading falling apart. Asked someone if I could please get a fresh batch and came back with the EXACT same nuggets but just heated up. (The box was hot, the nuggets were still cold.)
