I don't like this Stafford location. I had never had a bad experience at Chick-fil-A until here at this location. I had a free egg white grill on the app I tried to redeem in the drive thru and at the window. Never happened the young man at drive thru kept trying to charge me $5.41. I left empty hand didn’t receive my free senior coffee. He said I couldn't have it. The following week I went to the window, the young lady was not kind, said they didn't have any egg white grill only biscuit, but it was not Free. I use the app and I spend a lot of money at Chick-fil-A, I will not return to this location.

Employees ignore you while at the counter waiting for service. They'd rather chat with each other and will literally look at you and ignore you on purpose. Note to the GM, train your employees on what customer service means. This isn't how I was trained when I worked at CFA.

I’m honestly so disappointed with this Chick-fil-A location. Every single time I go, there’s always something wrong with my order — either something is missing, or I’m given the wrong item completely. It’s gotten to the point where I double-check everything in the bag before leaving, and somehow it still ends up being wrong.
To make things worse, one of the employees, Layla, has a completely horrible attitude. Instead of being polite or helpful, she comes across as rude and dismissive every time I’ve interacted with him. She once tried to make things right by giving me a few gift cards to apologize for the repeated mistakes, but when I tried to use them, none of them worked. It felt like a slap in the face after all the issues I’ve had here.
I used to really like Chick-fil-A for its service and reliability, but this location has been nothing but frustrating. I hope management takes this seriously and actually addresses both the poor customer service and the constant order mistakes.

We love coming to chick fil a. This place does have a player for the little ones to play in and the store was very clean. As always everyone was very friendly too.

MORNING SHIFT SUCKS AFTERNOON NOT SO BAD
They mess up my order here more than any other Chick-fil-A. Missing food items from the order regularly. Ill still come back just make sure you check your order before you pull out the drive

Every Tuesday I stop here and grab breakfast on the go. Most of the time it is perfect but this time it looks like they were running out of groceries. This is the smallest portion I've ever gotten. It's not just small, it's laughable.
