Very frequently I go to this location and it is normal to recognize the employees and there is one of the bosses named Cristina who always has a bad and arrogant attitude and while I was waiting for my order I saw her talking badly to another employee about 1 guy on her team, very unprofessional for a boss. Furthermore, he is very arrogant in his treatment of clients, he never smiles.

This location is too dramatic for me. They had me pull up because they had to bring my salad out to me but why punch all my tabs on my drink and stick 4 straws in the bag. That was ridiculous. And the little boys at the drive thru are really immature all.that giggling and laughing I thought someone was inappropriately touching the other boy. They just giggling and laughing like something was funny. I'm not coming back to this location I spent $22 and it wasn't worth the hassle.

Y’all gotta work on the mobile orders!! I should not be getting my order after 5 cars that pulled up and JUST placed an order. People who place mobile orders are not trying to wait. No it’s not privilege, but what you advertise. I should be able to pull up in line and it’s waiting for me. I go to the Starbucks and walk right in to grab my order. I should be able to pull in line and do the same! Why order in the app when I can just pull in the drive thru and get it faster?

My husband went in for lunch on his route today. He ordered a side of the pimento cheese and what he paid for was a small cup ($4!!!!) the size of the small Mac n cheese. See pics. What he got was a side sauce cup full. When he addressed this, they said no, that’s the correct size. As a former employee of CFA, this is completely unacceptable and absolutely absurd to think that it’s okay to charge someone $4 for a side sauce cup!!!!!! Completely shocked no one made right in this situation. Maybe corporate needs to pay this store a visit because based on other recent reviews…. Clearly there’s some quality control issues here!!!!!

We all have that special restaurant of whichever food chain you fancy. Chick-fil-A is one of mine. Even though I live 8 miles from this location, and of course, there are two closer locations to my home, you guys stole my #1 spot. The wait was a little long, but it did not matter. The breakfast sandwich was perfect, along with the hash browns and the coffee. I always thought the coffee and food would be the same at all locations.... but NO. These guys did great.
