This is a great location for drive through orders. However, I would recommend avoiding the far right entrance drive through because this is the lane that impatient drivers go through because of their entitlement . They think that for some reason, that they shouldn't have to wait in line for the human order takers to take their order and instead, drive on through and expect one of the employees to come out and wait on them exclusively. Therefore, it backs up the line by creating a long line of other entitled drivers who think the same way. Do yourself a favor and wait like everyone else to place your order.
I love Chick fil A, but this location is not the best. The drive thru was not clearly mapped out. It gets so busy that there are cars out on the feeder of the beltway in order to go in. The spaces are very narrow to move around and so is the drive thru. This is not designed for regular pick up trucks. Not everyone drives small cars, especially in Texas! The whole layout is very narrow, difficult to enter and exit.

I went through the drive-thru line, and the staff kept signaling for me to keep moving forward. Despite not having placed my order, they directed me to drive past the checkout window. After completing a full circle around the building without ordering, the manager had the audacity to inquire about my order, even though I was never given the chance to place one. Eventually, they offered to take my order while I was parked near the exit, but I decided to leave instead. I've never encountered such incompetence among workers or such disorganization within a business before...

Went through the drive through and the lady messed up my order. I didn’t know until after I received my bag of foodI had a salad missing. Lovely guy helped me out asap when I let him know.I leave and when I go to eat my food my nuggets were wrong as well. Smh I am disappointed, I ate because I couldn’t leave work to go back and go get it corrected again…

This location’s customer service reminds me of TSA. I was literally driving my car forward, and she’s giving me her pointer finger curling it towards her face, as if to say “come on, let’s go”. There was a small amount of space between my car and the vehicle in front of me. So unnecessary.I thought sauces were missing from the bag, I quickly apologized as I located the sauces and said “sorry, the sauces are all here thank you!!!” The employee just looked at me and pursed her lips in response. Not the typical “my pleasure” you get at other locations.She had what I thought were braids and glasses and she worked on the night of April 11 at 9:30 PM handing people their bags of food at the drive thru. It all happened so fast.I called this location shortly after and asked to speak with a manager. The person on the phone indicated that I was speaking with manager. I proceeded to ask the name of the lady working the drive thru with braids and glasses. The lady on the phone got quiet and then said “well I have glasses but I don’t have braids”. I just find out the individual who behaved this way is the MANAGER of this location and her name is Sera as she answered the phone! My spelling may be inaccurate.She proceeded to ask me what she could help me with. I declined to answer and report my experience, as I felt reporting this situation to her would be a conflict.

Had a major issue with my order. Had to go through the drive thru twice because of it.. The first issue was our sandwiches were wrong and the fries size order. As well as the temperature of our food and the second issue was buying an order of large fries with no salt and vanilla shake because they forgot to add.The person who took my order seems to be in such a rush which is why my food order got messed up. I contacted customer service on the app and fill out the form TWICE and no one has yet to reach out through email. It's been weeks now and a new month has approached. Don't go to this location they don't listen and seems to always mess up orders and do nothing about it but tell you to get in line again and place a new order... no apologies or anything just rude customer service.

This is the 3rd time I have gone to this location and I’m fed up! I get the Cobb salad consistently and ask if my requested items are all in there. Out of consideration and the customer service you guys pride yourselves with I take them the employees word for it that they are there.
