They have the worst system. I’ve ordered ahead of time on grubhub and in person.Every time without a fail I still have to wait 40-60 mins. Not to mention, when I receive my order, most of times, they forget to add the sides. On top of that, the customer service is deplorable.

If I could give no stats I would. Apparently you can only order thru the kiosk because the staff said, “they are not trained to use the POS system/cashier” . Well I’ve heard it all. I’ll pass.

I have not been to this location and looking at the reviews, I plan NOT TO NEVER GO. The reason for the ONE STAR is that these are serious customer complaints and I have not seen a response at all from the manager, owner or even corporate! That is pretty sad and even moreso that this franchise is located on a major city's college university campus! Do better Chick-fil-A, or do everyone a favor and close this poorly operated location.

Ordered my food at 6 got my food at 7. FOR FAST FOOD. I asked the first time because they were calling numbers that came after me. They told me they are still waiting on a burger. i waited for another half hr and went up to ask. The dude in the front didnt even check and just told me it should be coming up. I waited so long after and realized my food was there the whole time but he just avoided to call my number and name. Why? I want to know too. When i got my food i said i was still missing a ice cream. This girl rolled her eyes at me and went to get it. Came back telling me they already turned the machine off. She asked me if I want a fruit cup instead. NO i dont want a fruit cup. It is not my problem because i shouldve gotten my food half a hour maybe even 40 mins ago. When you havent turned the machine off. I got my food and it wasnt even warm anymore.

Likely the most poorily run Chik-fil-A in existence, and an absolutely masterclass in managerial mismanagement. Waited 40 mins for a 12ct w/medium fry, and personally watched my order sit on the counter, half filled, for 5-10 minutes. I will never return, and I advise you to do the same.

I bought a sandwich and then I got a diarrhea half an hour later.
Over 9$. This is supposedly a 12 count grilled nuggets! Waited 15 minutes and this is what I got. I count 7, maybe 8 if you’re generous.

I waited 1 HOUR for a salad are you kidding me? Ordered at 2:20 finally got my salad at 3:30 the ridiculousness. The manager was nice enough to check on it for me and turns out the workers been ignoring it the whole time. It was the first item on their screen for a while and they had no intention of doing it until the manager went back there and resolved it himself. The ridiculousness.
