Ordered food thru the mobile app at 3pm today. Waited in line for 30 minutes only for them to tell me they lost my order. Could’ve had told me early on instead of making me wait so long. In the end still got no food served.

We've all eaten at Chick-fil-A, but I’m blown away by the service at this particular location. For me to take the time to write a review, it’s because they truly left me in shock. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE—from the woman who took my order, to the cleaning lady, to the gentleman who brought my order to the table, and finally, the woman who picked it up. Honestly, great work has been done at this Chick-fil-A. Congratulations!!!

Extremely impressed. I don't leave reviews often, much less fast food. But this chic fil a is the cleanest, freshest fast food restaurant I've ever been too. Upon entering i was immediately greeted like I was in a restaurant, seated, and instantly had my order taken. Food came out quick, was hot, and incredibly fresh. The entire establishment is sparkling clean. It was a breathe of fresh air to walk into here for such a value meal

Very well managed location. Lots of staff to handle business since this is a very busy location. You can see lots of cars coming into the drive thru, but the employees work through them very fast. Inside the restaurant is very clean, restrooms are clean, tables are always clean. One of the cleaning staff ladies in the mornings is really thorough in her work. They take orders at your table, ring the food to you, and clear the table once done. Even if you stand in line, they take your orders very fast. Once in a while, you might get a bad piece of chicken in your sandwich, but if you let the staff know, they take care of it and get you a fresh order. Very good location. My family and I are regular customers here because of HCU.
I had to place my order 2 times because their tablet shut off. I paid my food and then was told it didn’t go through. Tried to explain to the manager what happened and she refused to give me my food and made me pay again. The cashier noticed I had already paid and had to refund me the second charge.
