Went for lunch today around 2pm, kind of busy at that time. Stood by the door and waited for someone to either take my order or take me to a table to dine in. Noticed that no one was so I sat down, waiting for a couple of minutes for someone to take my order, no one came. Saw a couple of employees talking ask them if someone can help, they told me that someone would come by in any minute to take my order so I waited. Then when I noticed that no one was coming went to the front hopefully someone would come by and help me with my order. After a little while I left. Usually they have excellent service but today was not one of them.

If I ordered through the mobile app and the mobile app line is shorter and the drive in line is longer wouldnāt it be smarter to take care of the mobile orders first since they ordered ahead? I sat in my car for 15 mins while I saw 20+ cars receive their order and drive off. Seriously ??

Jessica was the person who served me and she was so sweet and she smiled the whole time which made my day.
I absolutely love Chick-fil-A, and this location in particular is amazing. Everyone was so kind and welcoming that I truly felt like they genuinely cared about my order being ready on time, tasting great, and making sure I enjoyed it.
Itās incredible how friendly the staff is, and the food is always delicious. This place consistently delivers great service and quality, and itās one of the reasons I keep coming back. Highly recommended!

My experience with this location today was great Iām surprised by some of the recent reviews, so hopefully the team changed up tactics for future customers. Itās one of the more updated chick filaās Iāve been to. Staff was attentive and very welcoming kudos to Gael. I dined in and worked here for a bit on my laptop the WiFi was working fine and food was good too and I saw all of the front employees constantly cleaning up tables and chairs and checking if anyone needed something.

I ordered a shake from this location about a week ago. As I got to the bottom of my shake, I noticed that there was a large chunk which I assumed was a cookie. It was actually a big piece of plastic. I made a complaint with corporate through the app, which stated it would forward it to this location, but I have yet to hear anything from anyone regarding the matter. I love Chick-fil-A, but Iām a little disappointed in this location because this was not only a sanitary issue, but a safety one as well.
