She goes out her way to make sure your visit is on point l, customer service has gotten so much better from when the store was open but my review is based on Dani. Mobile line is trash! Dont think you’re going to get out of it fast. The other line to order your food at the restaurant is faster than mobile line. Makes no sense! Again don’t use mobile line here. It’s SLOW.
Worst chick fil a I ever had to the customer service to the food. I grabbed breakfast 3/23/24 and my tots was burned & the chicken biscuit didn’t even taste like chick fil-a. The owner needs to spend some time at this restaurant, because this location isn't living up to the brand.

They need to check their oil temperatures on their fryers or increase the timer for their french fries. I swear the last five out of five times that I have came to this location. The french fries have been completely raw like I mean, they barely felt even fried whatsoever and when they even do feel fried, they’re still like mashed potatoes.That and every time I order on the mobile drive-through, they seem to always take care of me before the first 2 to 3 customers ahead of me in the mobile line so I just sit there waiting for the line to move while my food gets cold before I can even leave the drive-through

We stoped by this location to meet up with family. Initially we were confused by the taking of orders through restaurant lobby area but the concept made sense in the end. The staff/employees were very friendly per usual and service was great!!

Of all the places I frequent regularly, they have never gotten my order wrong. The only thing I could say that's a disappointment is I'd like a couple more pickle slices to come on a sandwich, lol. One of my kids tries to eat mine every time.
